“Came for brunch and we were pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the food. While not the heat level of a traditional Caribbean restaurant it worked perfectly for my weak spice level tolerance.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu, crayons and coloring sheets, even stickers for their entertainment. There were 2 all gender bathrooms. The one we used did not have a changing table.“

“It does exist !!! A eating establishment that does everything possible to have Organic & Local food! (Which is NOT the same as "gluten free or vegan Google!!!?!!) The only item that would need to be added is a few cushions on the seats, although they seem to have a good following of customers that take it to-go. The earth thanks you!Vegetarian options: AvailableDietary restrictions: Available“

“One of the best stops I've made for food. Gone here a few times and staff are always kind, helpful with their suggestions for different and new foods.Love their number 4, really good sandwich. They were able to customize it too.Every single customer always has a smile when they get their food. Additionally when ordering the servers go above and beyond in connecting with you.Dietary restrictions: Easy to customize or pick items with single source proteins.Kid-friendliness: Saw many families here“

“i got the BART sandwichThe first thing I have to comment on was the environment of this restaurantI came here on a pretty sunny day - and it was absolutely the perfect time to be here - as they have a fantastic outdoor seating areathey even have a sand pit!the layout, architecture, and art of this place gives off a great tropical/caribbean vibe, which is not something I'd expect from a place in SeattleAs for the sandwich itself - it was quite goodThe buns were roughly average I would say - there could've been more aioli added to it to give it a bit more flavor - and it was slightly harder than i would likeThe best part, by far, though, was the porkWhen I say this sandwich was absolutely loaded with pork I'm not exaggerating. It was quite literally overflowing out of the sandwich as I tried to pick it upEating this with one hand is practically impossible as you'll lose so much pork to the wrapperThe taste of it was quite fantastic as well - it had a slight sour flavor, had tons of fat, and most importantly had a nice, dark, almost-brown colorThere were certain pieces that were actually charred enough to have one side be fully black - and these were incredibleMoving on to the other toppings, the sweet ham was also really good, as well as the cucumbers (which normally i don't like) and picklesI noticed maybe a couple jalapenos and didn't taste the onions muchthe swiss cheese i felt was a bit inconsistent. I didn't taste it much for most of the sandwich, but it showed up near the end a lotI recently got a similar sandwich from Paseo, so I feel like I should compare the twoPaseo's sandwich certainly has a lot more oil, and this is less 'wet' than that one - this is also because the pork in Paseo is cooked to a lower temperature, which makes it more juicy so it releases more liquid, compared to the more brown pork we get hereI do think i prefer the pork there slightly, but it's pretty close. You do get more pork here compared to there, thoughWhile I liked the type of bun at Paseo better, I do really like the fact that the buns here are toasted - which is something they don't do over thereThe onions are certainly more prevalent, larger, and in my opinion better at PaseoThey have more aioli as well, but I would give the edge to the rest of the toppings herePricing wise it's roughly the same - although I think Paseo's sandwich is slightly bigger and more fillingI think I would give the slight edge to Paseo on this one - but it's pretty close. Both places are fantasticOverall, fantastic sandwich in a great environment. 8.5/10“

“This spot is awesome! I love the casual vibe, the quick pick up and go type of place. To my surprise there was two high chairs. The inside was cozy but its a very simple spot. The price is a big high but that’s fine. The taste hit the spot!Kid-friendliness: High chairs!“
