When busy, they come to the car and take the order, for a minimum of wasted time! They've always been polite and friendly! I've been to just about everywhere around here, and Smitty's and Hwy 12 in Rochester are the absolute best!!“

“I don’t do a lot of fast food reviews and when I hit an Arby’s its usually for a beef n cheddar… I never thought about there burgers until today, tried one and it was fantastic ! Big thick real patty, spiced perfectly, fresh veg and a really good bun! Definitely just took 2nd place on my fast food burger list! If it was flame broiled it would have had a 10 star! Friendly and fast service. Very clean. Good job guys!“

“Food was typical of a regular Burger King as was the restaurant. However they were working short handed yet stayed very polite and were upfront on being behind and let me know right away there would be a wait. Two people made and took orders for about 10 cars in the drive through and several that came in while my family ate. Very impressed with their work ethic and honesty. Great job 👍🏽“
