“This is one of my family's favorite burger places here in Everett and they make good Gyros too. Have been coming here since they opened, think that was in 2011. Have tried many of their gourmet burgers and gyros. I also like the Greek salad with gyro meat. My favorite as of late is their basic burger, as it come dressed with letuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles and sauce. Which is how I like my burgers. The char cooking is noticeable and a nice touch on the burgers too.“

“Great service! I had no issues with spicy but it was too hot for my wife (I had the bacon and she had blue cheese burger). They are both dripping with sauce, which I liked but some folks aren't partial to that. The seating is limited to three small tables inside if you come during cold months. There is outdoor seating when it's warm.“

My family got to have a safe meal out, that's a huge deal for us. Our server Tiffany was very patient with us and or questions. We had a nice meal. It was all priced pretty well. “I saw this place when I just arrived at the AirBnb. I am thrilled to say that I was warmly welcomed. I had no trouble reading the menu, and I ordered a decent amount of food. “I have loved teriyaki burger stop since I was in high school! For the past 13 years I have gone there just for the teriyaki chicken burgers. They are so good! And you can't get them anywhere else. “Awesome service. Thank you, Ladenia! Eight of us came in for lunch today - four of us in our 80’s and 90’s and three with hearing aids. Plus, we hadn’t seen each other in years so there was a lot of catching up. We were greeted at the door by the manager who assured us we could stay as long as we wanted. Ladenia seated the first half of us to arrive and started taking drink and app orders. Then the others arrived and she followed in suit with them. She was patient, explained menu items, and didn’t seem to mind answering the same question multiple times. She was attentive and friendly. Drinks were served in a timely manner as well as our entrees. We were never rushed - even after it was clear we had completed our meals. Ladenia continued to check in on us. So thank you, Ladenia and Applebees, for letting us catch up and enjoy each others’s company. The food? It was good, too. I love the quesadilla salad. The southwest chicken bowl and other entrees were good as well.“

“I don't know what's happening to ihop. Still a great place to get pancakes still a good place to go for lunch or dinner. Usually very quiet not overly packed which is nice. Stuff with friendly food was good . Visit your local IHOP to keep them in business. Oh and the Everett location has a walk of window if you order it to go. Or for Uber Food Drivers or other companies. Great little wages to walk up to the window and get your food and walk back off to your car“
