“Honestly I am only writing this review for the staff at this location. McDonalds is a convenience food and I only use the drive thru. That said the nice lady you typically have running the ordering is always trying to help a person save a buck or trying to actually put a smile on your face. To that I say your a real one.
I've never had this location make a meal mistake or drag their feet and yall just click as team. It's really cool to see coworkers look like they actually enjoy each other's company and produce a good product. I think McDonalds is kind of wasted on yall, you would an amazing private business staff.“
“It's McDonalds, so the 5 starts for food are based on a fast food scale. My burger was hot and juicy, which is exactly what it should be. The sweet tea was sweet and delicious - again, as it should be. The drive-through ordering was fast, even with a line, but I used the app, so it was easier/faster for me than the person before me who ordered on the spot. They asked me to pull around, which I couldn't do as there were already 3 cars in the spots. I pulled into a nearby parking space, and the person came over without any issue. Overall, the staff are friendly at this location and they work as fast as they can.“
“It was actually pretty good this time. The only issue was the french fries were pretty salty. However they were kind enough to swap out one of our sodas for a milk. We had used the mobile app and it said they were out of milk. And then we pulled up to the last window we saw some milk through the window. And they said they had just restocked it so he went ahead and gave us the milk. Very super friendly and kind.“
“I don' usually have any issues with this location, but if you're out of the larger cups, can you at least make sure the lid is secured on the cup I end up with? I spilled it all over this morning to start off the day right. The 5 stars is for every other time.“
“This McDonald's is the very first I have seen with the ordering kiosk, that takes cash.... Actually this might actually be the first kiosk I've seen ever that accepts cash??? They always take card only. Then if u have cash u pay at the counter. Employees were friendly and I got my food hot, fresh, and fast!! Awesome!! Many McDonald's here n this state are not very friendly!!
