the service was horrible, it took at least 45 minutes for us to get lunch service, the waitress lost our order slip??? we tried to order Red Lobster rolls and that took an additional 25 minutes... the service by our waitress and the food was way under par for what Red Lobster used to have. I would not recommend going to this place.
The ambiance and music I actually knew who sang the songs. 😉 So with the help of Siri and others I knew right away who sung the songs. It was fun competing against my husband and son on who sung what song. 😀
Poor customer service to say the least. I ordered via UberEats and arrived at the restaurant to find my food sitting on a wooden table behind hostess. Returned to my car to check my food only to find I was missing lobster. In addition the container that my steak and mash were in had remnants of rice. I proceeded to go back inside and explain the situation to the host, she stated she would get her manager.
