Starbucks in Fife

“Chain places don’t usually have good reviews but this place does and I can see why. I came in asking for a drink to be remade from a store nearby. The staff were so welcoming and understanding. Not only did they remake it with a smile, they sincerely thanked me for coming in. I am a religiously loyal long time Starbucks customer but they don’t know that. I was so surprised as these levels of hospitality are rare nowadays.“

“Hi, stopped by here on my way to work to get a iced coffee and I’ve had a really really really crappy day today and when I pulled up to the drive-through, I heard the most kindest, genuine, friendly voice I’ve ever heard of my entire life in a drive-through and I believe the name was Alonso. I think he was. He’s a supervisor cause. I asked him I want to thank you Starbucks for hiring him because I went there practically in tears Because of the day I’ve had and left there with a smile on my face because of him one simple smile, one act of kindness is all it takes to turn somebody else’s day so much better Starbucks you really did a good job hiring him and I hope he grows with your company and I really hope that you guys continue to employ him and he can train everybody there to be just like him because He’s amazing like I appreciate him so much right now and I will be back.
