“This Subway is a small trailer, but it is very convenient for those working in this area of JBLM. There is only one person working the trailer so you might end up waiting quite a while for lunch if there is a line. This Subway only serves lunch. They have most of the same sandwiches and ingredients you get in a full sized Subway. The staff are always nice and they do their best as a one person shop.“

Price might appear high, but that's because they are adjusted for inflation. Staff are top notch.

“It was firehouse so no matter what the brisket was phenomenal even if it did lack adequate bbq sauce. There were only 3 employees at lunch time on a Friday so service was a little on the slow side and the person working the register lacked any personality or ability to put the order in right even after repeating myself 3 times. “After five extremely frustrating, and painful years, Dr. Kim, and his Family oriented practice, took over my care. In January, and February of this year, Dr. Kim performed two Spine implant Surgeries on me for severe back pain that was not responding to medicinal, and, or physical therapy treatment.I've been slowly regaining my life post surgery, and with continued care from Dr. Kim, and his Staff, I'm so excited, and looking forward, to a future with less pain. “This is my neighborhood Subway and usually everything is great. Today my experience was less than optimal. The soda fountain is gone and the feeling was we were keeping the young lady from her phone call. Actually she kept the call open and on speaker while continuing to apologize to her friend for having to wait on customers. While we sat and ate, she kept talking loudly with her friend, still on speaker. What a joke! I had my 3 young grandchildren with me and was not happy.“

So management called and asked me to please give them another try but I didn't. it had been over a year later and my daughter goes two times a week and eats there when she's at the Library. “Went in this evening with my Wife and the visit was a total disaster!
Limited time special was a Spicy Chicken Italian and a Chicken Breast sandwich attempted to order the chicken breast clerk tried to give me the Spicy Italian called him on it and then was told they didn't have the fixings to make the Chicken Breast ans actually they had never been delivered.
Then I ordered a Ham and Turkey with Bacon and Swiss. When I got home, I found out I only got Ham and Bacon with Swiss .
My Wife's sandwich was a ride on the struggle bus as well.
From now on I think we'll being taking our Business to the University Place Jersey Mikes“

“The CLEANEST subway I have seen! I walked in at 1230pm...the meat and veggie cases were perfect! “I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months. 9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it. Great service, wonderful staff, and amazing subs. “One day I really wanted a sandwhich so I sent my husband. He said Subway is the closest to the house so is that okay? I said yeah sure I guess...I was totally taken back and said I do not remember Subway being this good. MILES is HANDS DOWN the best sandwhich artist at this 6th ave location. He takes his time and actually cares and doesn't go so light on the ingredients that you feel like you are only eating bread for lunch. Since that day, every time my husband brings me a sandwhich I can always tell if Miles made it or not lol. So this last time (tonight) we went in and Miles was working..I let him know that he is the best and I have never been let down by his sandwhiches. Might not seem like a big deal to some people, but it is hard to find people who actually care at most restaurants around Tacoma. Thank you Miles for never letting us down! Plus he is kinda and has a great sense of humor! Shania was working with him tonight and she was also fantastic. “Well apparently you have to say that you want the "after 2 PM Meal Deal" otherwise they ring you up as a normal meal. But for me, they corrected it, so buyer beware. I do appreciate the reward system they have. It has some good discounts.“

“This was the cleanest and friendliest subway I think I've ever been too. I went here with some family for an impromptu birthday lunch and the store was not only very clean but bright and decorated for the holidays. “The bread was ok, not real tasty. Pretty small size for the price. A sign on the counter said to tell the sand which crew what you want on the sand which, listed all their veggies, etc. when I finished paying and getting change, the sandwhich was getting wrapped. No chance to ask fore anything. Came with tomatoe and lettuce. Slathered with mayo and made the veggies slide out when biting into the thing. Won't be back.“

“Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.

Parking: They're doing construction on the adjacent street so it's a small hassle to get here currently. But, I'm sure that will be resolved soon.

“Bitchass boomer karens can't handle the fact that these underpaid workers gotta fullfill mobile/pickup orders too.

Manager is very clean and professional, does a good job training from what I've seen. Customer service is great, cut and dry just how I like it.

And I'm like lowkey addicted to their subs so it's great food i'm telling you“

“Ok when I first walked in I almost turned around and walked out. Partly due to the 3 extremely difficult customers ahead of me but also the girl working the counter. I'm glad I stayed cause what I didn't know is the girl (Trinity) closed then opened so she was tired but the way she held her composure w these three really eye twitching customers was better than I could have even on a good day. So go her for being tired and calm even tho it took way longer than it's ever taken for a sandwich, that was not due to her work performance.

In walked April.. she is a force of nature. Triple tasked the second she walked in. Made small talk with the waiting customers (oh wait it was just me) as she was putting more dough in the oven before she helped me as Trinity was trying to finish up w her customers. She's a wonderful human, very very personable and just illuminates great people aura. If I return to this subway it would be because of her.

Thank you both for making me see there are good people AND that I shouldn't have just assumed Trinity hated her job. Kudos to her for being chill w that storm.

“Stopped in on a whim, we were headed to Arby's...but had never tried Jimmy-Johns. So we went for it. What a surprise...The staff inside were awesome young people. They were actually happy at their job, the place was spotless, super attentive, polite without it feeling artificial...wow, it was really cool to feel good about sitting in a sandwich shop as goofy retired folks, and yet feel special. I had gone without my contact lenses, and they provided me with 3 different versions of a menu so I could pick what helped me see it the best. Thank you to this Fife store for the helpful workers, I felt very comfortable eating at your place that evening.“

I was against even going because the other subway experiences I’ve had lately were horrible but I told myself to try this establishment out and I am glad I did.
