“This Subway is a small trailer, but it is very convenient for those working in this area of JBLM. There is only one person working the trailer so you might end up waiting quite a while for lunch if there is a line. This Subway only serves lunch. They have most of the same sandwiches and ingredients you get in a full sized Subway. The staff are always nice and they do their best as a one person shop.“

“My cousins and I were getting tattoos a few doors down and I could smell this deliciousness as soon as I stepped into the hallway. We checked out the website and they had me at sourdough bread. I got the chicken melt and a salted caramel cookie and they were perfect. I don’t know what they do to that bacon, but OMG. Seriously, don’t change a single thing, especially not the tomato pesto. “I love Joe's. The consistency of the food, the variety, the prices. It's my favorite place to go to for lunch right now. They have really good sandwiches. The club, BLT, and French dip are what I've had the most and they do not disappoint. Definitely recommend this place if you work in the Fife area and you are looking for a new place to go to for lunch.

“One of the nicest Subways you’ll ever visit - just the opposite of a Subway you will find in a gas station. My sandwich artist was very meticulous in assembling my sub. And just the opposite of the actions of the sandwich artist I had at another Subway in the area on Monday. Today, the sandwich artist took his time and gave me plenty of veggies along with the meat. So refreshing to come across an employee who actually cares to do his job well!“

“After five extremely frustrating, and painful years, Dr. Kim, and his Family oriented practice, took over my care. So management called and asked me to please give them another try but I didn't. it had been over a year later and my daughter goes two times a week and eats there when she's at the Library. So she bagged me to try it and said that the guy there is so nice and makes perfect sandwiches So I gave in and went. “Went in this evening with my Wife and the visit was a total disaster!
Limited time special was a Spicy Chicken Italian and a Chicken Breast sandwich attempted to order the chicken breast clerk tried to give me the Spicy Italian called him on it and then was told they didn't have the fixings to make the Chicken Breast ans actually they had never been delivered.
Then I ordered a Ham and Turkey with Bacon and Swiss. When I got home, I found out I only got Ham and Bacon with Swiss .
My Wife's sandwich was a ride on the struggle bus as well.
From now on I think we'll being taking our Business to the University Place Jersey Mikes“

“I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months. 9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it. Great service, wonderful staff, and amazing subs. “This Subway location is in an old strip mall that is mostly vacant besides the salon next door. Surprisingly, it was very clean and the staff friendly. We tried two of the new "revamped" sandwiches; Buffalo Chicken and Bacon Chicken Ranch. All the ingredients were presented in the case fresh and both sandwiches were delicious! “Sunday about 5 pm. 2 employees on break while one employee is doing all the work. Had door dash orders, working the hot grill, working walk ins. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 hot and 1 cold and it took me 30 min before I left.
Food was great , just couldn’t believe the co workers sat there and watched how busy it was and didn’t jump in to help and take their break once it slowed down. I’d fire employees like that“

“Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.

A sign on the counter said to tell the sand which crew what you want on the sand which, listed all their veggies, etc. when I finished paying and getting change, the sandwhich was getting wrapped. No chance to ask fore anything. Came with tomatoe and lettuce. Slathered with mayo and made the veggies slide out when biting into the thing. Won't be back.“

“I had a great experience last Thursday at this location. So refreshing compared to my negative experience at another location. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The floor, the tables, the seats, the food and condiments. And then the customer service was GREAT!!! Zyana and Avery, both greeted me as soon as I entered. I was even asked how my day had been. The customer service and cleanliness alone will bring me back. Not to mention that the sandwiches tasted the best that I've had from Subway in years.

“*The atmosphere was only a “2” because the radio was BLARING, making it hard to hear and VERY annoying! The staff has been told not to adjust it. There was no music, just ads the whole time I was ordering. Which was at least 20 minutes as there was only one person working at 2 in the afternoon.

“Stopped in on a whim, we were headed to Arby's...but had never tried Jimmy-Johns. So we went for it. What a surprise...The staff inside were awesome young people. They were actually happy at their job, the place was spotless, super attentive, polite without it feeling artificial...wow, it was really cool to feel good about sitting in a sandwich shop as goofy retired folks, and yet feel special. I had gone without my contact lenses, and they provided me with 3 different versions of a menu so I could pick what helped me see it the best.
