“This Subway is a small trailer, but it is very convenient for those working in this area of JBLM. There is only one person working the trailer so you might end up waiting quite a while for lunch if there is a line. This Subway only serves lunch. They have most of the same sandwiches and ingredients you get in a full sized Subway. The staff are always nice and they do their best as a one person shop.“

“Listen, I’m a sucker for a hole-in-the-wall spot for a sandwich and a cup of coffee, but Joe’s is more than that to me. I’ve been coming here regularly for 5 years to hide from the world and quietly munch food. I’ve brought clients, coworkers, and friends here, eaten everything from omelettes and pancakes to BLTs and salads. It’s always great, it’s always fast, and it’s always friendly. “Best location hands down!!! They always greet whoever walks in, they always get my order right no matter how long the lines are. . The line might be long at times but it’s a small price to pay for how exceptional their service is. They always check in with you while you’re in line so you’re not just standing there wondering how much longer before you’re helped unlike the LOWSY PUYALLUP LOCATION. I love the staff! I appreciate the cleanliness! I overall enjoy coming here, which is usually 2-3x a week cause the foods so fresh. This location deserves ALL THE STARS!!! :)“

I really loved that there was a hot sauce bar too, which I took advantage of on the way out the door with my sandwiches. I can actually eat there with the security knowing I won’t get sick and that means so much. Secondly, I was in there today, October 3 at 12:50 and as busy as they were with DoorDash orders and customers they were very friendly and helpful and worked quickly and efficiently. “This is my neighborhood Subway and usually everything is great. Today my experience was less than optimal. The soda fountain is gone and the feeling was we were keeping the young lady from her phone call. Actually she kept the call open and on speaker while continuing to apologize to her friend for having to wait on customers. While we sat and ate, she kept talking loudly with her friend, still on speaker. What a joke! I had my 3 young grandchildren with me and was not happy.“

A sign on the counter said to tell the sand which crew what you want on the sand which, listed all their veggies, etc. when I finished paying and getting change, the sandwhich was getting wrapped. No chance to ask fore anything. Came with tomatoe and lettuce. Slathered with mayo and made the veggies slide out when biting into the thing. Won't be back.“

“I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months. 9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it. Great service, wonderful staff, and amazing subs. “One day I really wanted a sandwhich so I sent my husband. He said Subway is the closest to the house so is that okay? I said yeah sure I guess...I was totally taken back and said I do not remember Subway being this good. MILES is HANDS DOWN the best sandwhich artist at this 6th ave location. He takes his time and actually cares and doesn't go so light on the ingredients that you feel like you are only eating bread for lunch. Since that day, every time my husband brings me a sandwhich I can always tell if Miles made it or not lol. So this last time (tonight) we went in and Miles was working..I let him know that he is the best and I have never been let down by his sandwhiches. Might not seem like a big deal to some people, but it is hard to find people who actually care at most restaurants around Tacoma. Thank you Miles for never letting us down! Plus he is kinda and has a great sense of humor! Shania was working with him tonight and she was also fantastic. I was against even going because the other subway experiences I’ve had lately were horrible but I told myself to try this establishment out and I am glad I did. “Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.

Parking: They're doing construction on the adjacent street so it's a small hassle to get here currently. But, I'm sure that will be resolved soon.

“Vishal was nice and friendly. Perfect sub! However kind of pushy with asking for a review and wanting it to be done at the store before I left. Probably won't come back because it made checking out a little awkward and I felt very pushed in to making a review. I reccomened when asking for a review to not push so hard on getting one on the spot. Most customers won't appreciate being pushed to make a review. Again he was nice and sandwhich was great but the approach needs to be different. I Will just stick to the one in Tillicum or on the military installation just to avoid the awkwardness honestly.“

“I had a great experience last Thursday at this location. So refreshing compared to my negative experience at another location. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The floor, the tables, the seats, the food and condiments. And then the customer service was GREAT!!! Zyana and Avery, both greeted me as soon as I entered. I was even asked how my day had been. The customer service and cleanliness alone will bring me back. Not to mention that the sandwiches tasted the best that I've had from Subway in years.

“Stopped in on a whim, we were headed to Arby's...but had never tried Jimmy-Johns. So we went for it. What a surprise...The staff inside were awesome young people. They were actually happy at their job, the place was spotless, super attentive, polite without it feeling artificial...wow, it was really cool to feel good about sitting in a sandwich shop as goofy retired folks, and yet feel special. I had gone without my contact lenses, and they provided me with 3 different versions of a menu so I could pick what helped me see it the best. Thank you to this Fife store for the helpful workers, I felt very comfortable eating at your place that evening.“

“Amber made my sandwiches and was the only worker there. There was some insufferable woman infront of me in line that wanted all her footlongs with each half with different ingredients, asked for all her cookies to be bagged individually, tried to use multiple coupons on one order and complained. It was 1220am, and she was mad that the meal of the day changed. Aside from that Karen holding up the line for 30 minutes, my sandwiches were good. I ordered a footlong veggie and a meal of the day with the happy Gilmore cup.“

“I've tried a few of their sandwiches and they have all been very good. Hot, fresh, and tasty every time. So much better than Subway; try them out and see for yourself. This one is located inside the food court at a mall so the atmosphere is severely lacking. It's just a table (that is sometimes clean) and a chair with nothing to let you know where you are. The food is always prepared quickly and looks as good as it tastes.“
