“WoW! We were pleasantly surprised by the great lunches 9 of us got at this bakery. The ready-made sandwiches were outrageously delicious. Turkey tarragon salad sandwich is not your usual turkey fare. The ham and pepper jack sandos were outstanding too.

Folks loved their pizzas.

The baked desserts really ‘take the cake” though. Cyclists, we cycled there and ate lunch inside. Afterwards on the ride, we enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies as energy bars.“

“The tacos are excellent. We got the carne asada, brisket, and the tofu. All were great and service was quick (<10 minutes), though it wasn't busy. Would easily come back again and again.

It's tucked away down an alley so just be aware of that if you're looking for it.“

“Authentic pizza place on an island on the opposite side of the country! Vinny is the true article with a straight to the point approach which I appreciate! The pizza was very tasty! Although I purchased a large pizza I also knew I was at the right place when I saw they also sell by the slice! Thank you sir! I highly recommend this if you are out on the island.“

“The China Pearl restaurant was given a poor review by our innkeepers. We thought we would try it anyway and were they wrong. \n\nThe food was good and they serve Japanese, Chinese, and Korean dishes. We had vegetable chow mein with tofu and szechuan tofu. They make their own noodles. Both dishes were flavorful. The portion sizes were good for two meals. Prices were reasonable. \n\nWhen asked more chili sauce was brought out. When I asked if they had anything spicier, I was given ground chilies, which were hot. \n\nThe restaurant was busy with several families and lots of take out. The current owners have had it for about a year or so. Highly recommended. \n\nThey cater primarily to carnivores and was nice they catered to vegetarians and gluten free diets.“
