“I guess they recently changed their menu to serve the entrees without rice. So you have to order a side order of rice, which isn’t intuitive since it’s not clearly stated. I know this is how a lot of Thai places classically do it, but that was a surprise for me to see when I got home since that’s different than how they’ve handled it in the past. I should have checked the order at the restaurant.

I was there for the 1st time approaching closing hours and ordered Mongolian beef, veggies on a bed of crispy noodles. Delicious and the heat reduced the crispy noodles towards meals end to get both crispy and smooth textures. Beef was tender and flavorful , a fine dish ! The menu hosts dishes from South East Asia including Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam & Myanamar ( Burma ) along with others . So many dishes I want to try over our remaining 4 & 1 / 2 weeks here. A definite return ! Thank you Sean for such wonderful hospitality and friendship, thanks to Indochine kitchen staff for a beautifully presented dish , delicious too ! “One of the best Asian restaurants in Tacoma. I just had the combination (Souper) large size Pho and it was delicious. The broth is really good with a generous portion of high quality beef and meatballs. Even the bean sprouts and basil were crunchy and fresh. This place also serves Chinese and Thai (common in the Northwest) food but I didn't try it.“

“Craving Thai food today, we found that a lot of spots were closed on Mondays, so we decided to try this place. Service was quick from the start—they greeted us right away, brought water, and handed us menus. When I ordered, I asked for no mushrooms on one of the dishes. The soup that came with the meal didn’t have any mushrooms in it (even though my partner’s did), which makes me think the server might have gone out of her way to take them out for me. If so, that was such a thoughtful touch. The food itself was delicious and full of flavor, and the prices were very reasonable.“
