“My partner and I like the way tea was made in this location better than in Bellevue one, despite this location being smaller in size. However, in the past few months, we’ve noticed a difference in quality. We used to get more cream milk foam topping, now it’s barely floating on top. The sugar levels are lower: the current 75% on 4 seasons milk tea feels closer to 50%. We have asked the staff to adjust the sugar level when we noticed it the first time, and it was fixed. However, on the second time the sugar levels were off, the drink didn’t become sweeter. We suspect it was because on the second time, the brown boba balls weren’t sweet either, like they usually are. When we have asked to adjust the sugar in our second encounter, the employee took off the plastic wrap from the cup, and replaced with a plastic lid. The
straw, however, wasn’t tall enough to fully emerge from the cup lid, which made drinking boba awkward. I hope this place improves back to what it used to be a couple of months ago, because we would love to keep getting drinks here!“
