“Finally made it to the Kenmore location and was so impressed! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was so fast it felt like they anticipated my order before I even walked in. I had a massive craving for Mac Salad today, and it hit the absolute spot. I can’t wait to come back and work my way through the rest of the menu!“

“This place is amazing! The portions are big, especially for the price, and come with unlimited toppings. Both the poke and the toppings are delicious. The workers are all very sweet, which makes ordering a breeze. It has been take-out only for at least the past six months, which is a little bit of a shame, but it’s the only issue I’ve ever had with this place.“

“The food is very good And they give you very good service but they are doing something very wrong with the employees. I have friends who work there and say that the tips left by customers are not given to the workers. If customers leave tips, they would have to make sure where the money they make with that money goes. They would have to talk to industrial labor so that they report that they do not want to give them that money. some do not speak for fear of losing their job but it is not fair what they do in that place with the workers“

“Best food and service we have had in a long time! We enjoyed chatting with Samuel (our waiter) and loved that he took the time to tell us about the different dishes. He helped so much! We ended up getting another plate to go so we could enjoy it at home the next day! A little bonus was Sam knew where our little town Toppenish was at and the history of our great wrestling team! 5 stars all the way around!“

“Hot, fresh, fast. LGBT friendly! Eat it there or eat it nearby, I feel the dishes might get steamy if you take to go. Aloha tots had tender pork and good flavor, but I wish it had a little more heat, and some fresh veggies would be good to add crunch back into the dish.“

The person working was SO wonderfully accommodating with some food allergies and also was super kind to give enough food for both me and my partner to eat. The vibe was immaculate, super in love with the giant skeleton and the video games. It felt like home! 😆 Everything was super delicious.

“I got the poke bowl, and it was pretty good! The portion size for the protein was generous. Admittedly I was confused about how the bowl pricing worked so I got two proteins (also assuming the scoops were going to be half the size they ended up being) and ended up buying a really expensive bowl lol, but entirely at my own fault! I wish they had more sauce options than just the spicy mayo or eel sauce, but it’s a pretty good option in this food court when you’re opting for more “fresh” fast food! :)“

I got the “Heat Wave”, with avocado added- it was spectacular- excellent spice, flavor and freshness. That Ahi - mmmmm!
It really hit the spot!!
The ordering process was quick and smooth.

“This was my first tome ever having poke so I needed a lot of help with the menu throughout the process.

After waiting for the 1 person working to finish cleaning duties (you are supposed to stop immediately, wash up and help the customer), he finally came over after about 4 minutes. He did not even acknowledge us until he came over although it was obvious we were there

He then just assumed I new everything I wanted and was slightly annoyed that I didnt. After helping me with the first choice, another woman came out to finish helping me and she was definitely annoyed with all of my questions. Wow. The reason you have a job is because you have customers. No customers, no business, no job.

I then asked for water and was pointed to the large water jug...which when I got to it did not have any cups, so I had to wait for them to finish with a customer who was also new and taking a really long time to ask for a cup. He said they were supposed to be out there. Maybe he should have been refilling things customers needed than the deep cleaning he seemed to be doing upon arrival

My food was just ok. Definitely not worth going through that so I wont return

Businesses need to realize with high food prices, we will be more selective with where we go and I am not giving my business to this type which lacks customer care

“The jungle smoothie is so delicious the worker had recommended it to me and it’s now my favorite smoothie! The worker who assisted my boyfriend and I was so sweet. She checked on us after we got our meal and we also really enjoy the poke here every time we go :)“
