They get my order right every time, and are fast and professional when i have multiple sandwitches to be made. “more than once now tried to stop in and eat and the line for the window was 12+ cars deep and they had closed the dine in early. clearly says seating open 10am-10pm every day. yet second time I've tried to stop in before 8pm and they were locked and ignoring people. 10/10 will avoid this location in the future. there is one closer to work I'll stop at on the way home if I want it that bad. “It was a drive thru experience, and I don't get to go to Arby's very often with the lack of locations in King County, but the quality in this location in Kent, WA is just as good as I remember, and food was well prepared. It was also presented fast, efficient (for service and payment), and most of all, HOT and FRESH!

“I love MOD. Plain and simple. I always come in for the same thing and they’re relatively fast depending on the amount of people which is understandable. No complaints. Today I happened to be helped by Alexa and she was great. She made us four pizzas and worked relatively fast and made pleasant conversation while working.“
