“I did not know about this spot. The cabbage was tender and flavorful. The fried chicken was bomb. I actually ate the skin. I NEVER EAT THE SKIN. Perfect not greasy. You receive a free drink and small bag of chips with your order. I didn't try the desserts. Next time.“

“This place is a great deal, and is generous with the portions. It's also a really comfortable nice space, but the recipes could use some work.
Highlights:
- Generous portions, great prices.
- Hollandaise sauce on the Benedict was perfect.
- The omelette was great (a little heavy on the jalapeño)
- The booths are comfy, and there are a ton of decorations.
Avoid:
- biscuits and waffles were meh. Very bready, not the right texture
- gravy needs some love
- hash browns tasted like shrimp, so they might be cooking those on the same griddle. Be careful if you have a shellfish allergy 🦐⚠️

“Ezell's chicken strips are my absolute favorite. Been here countless times. Staff is always cool. The strips take longer to cook than I prefer, but they are worth the wait. Their fried chicken is great too. I just prefer the regular strips. I could eat them every day. All the food is very good though. The fries and/or fried okra are my favorite sides. Just some good food!“

“I was there November the 7th 2024 and there was a worker who was very rude and unwelcoming. The lady that took my order was find, but the lady who was bagging up the food was very rude and nasty. This kinda person will mess up one's business. This person have false eyelashes and were very long. She needs to take training on how to be kind and welcoming. This Ezell was in Federal Way, WA. “Today I was blown away by this location’s customer service. I went in for a drumstick, it was going to be a 20minute wait because of the rush. My baby was nearing nap time, so I understood and said nevermind. My parents made an order and we waited for about 5 minutes. When we got in the car, we checked the order and found that he added a drumstick for me. As a tired mom with a fussy toddler, this gesture brought me to tears. Thank you Ezell’s for always going above and beyond! And of course it was delicious too!!“
