These guys have the cleanest pho broth in town, dangerously addictive beef dumplings, and incredible BBQ pork Banh Mi. Their house-made chili oil is wicked good, as well as their milk tea options. They also have great vegetarian delights for you as well! They're incredibly friendly and hospitable, with very quick service. When I enter the store, or when other customers arrive, there is no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. The atmosphere often feels a bit uncomfortable, as employees seem to stand around without engaging with customers. Additionally, the order board is consistently turned off, making it difficult for customers to determine if their orders are ready or in progress. I would suggest focusing on improving customer service, including better communication from both employees and management.”
