The staff is incredibly friendly and personable and will make you a better coffee than Starbucks will. Shalu is a frappe artist and if those are your drink of choice, you should make time to grab one.
I can't speak for the experience inside the store, but I have ordered delivery several times throughout the pandemic and received great service each time. I particularly enjoy their iced caramel macchiatos and lattes. I lean towards the macchiatos just because of the balance between coffee flavor and milk - the pretty layers don't hurt either. Overly priced, coffee isn't strong as they claim. And they don't treat their employees well. Some baristas are nice others don't make their drinks top tier. Also If you want a crappy sandwich for 11 dollars then this place is for you L O L.
