“Some of the best wine I have ever had. We went to the Taste event last weekend in downtown Seattle and Lobo Hills was the only wine we tasted that stuck out. We came here the next weekend to the tasting room in Woodinville and did a full tasting and bought two bottles. The rattlesnake hills Grenache and the Carmenere—both incredible! “We recently hosted a fundraising event at J. Bookwalter and had an incredible experience from start to finish. John, the manager, was fantastic in the lead-up — always quick to answer our questions and even on hand the night of the event to help with small tweaks that kept everything running smoothly. Jessica and her fellow wine steward were amazing during the event itself, handling all the inevitable chaos with calm professionalism and even helping with on-the-spot decision making.

The space was beautiful, the team was outstanding, and they made hosting an event there truly seamless. We can’t recommend J. Bookwalter enough for anyone looking to rent a venue for a special event.“

“Syrah was easy on the palate and enjoyable. Little patio is fun and inviting. Staff was so so, one of the gals said she’s just part time when we asked about a wine as if we might have been a bother. Other one was kind but a little pushy on the club. We do like the location; the prices, the vibe so overall a solid place to visit!

P.S. we did meet one of the owners on a quick visit during Covid, nice guy!“

“House of Smith rocks! We held our Welcome Party for our wedding at their tasting room and the staff were the best to work with! They were super friendly, very accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure our event was smooth and what we envisioned. And the wine is also superb! We highly recommend them for events and also for wine tasting!

“Absolutely love the wine, Tim and Paige are the best. We were first introduced to Tim and Paige when we moved here 13 years ago, love them and the story of how they started their business. We have never been disappointed. My father-in -law, who lived in Dallas, spoke 7 languages and traveled the world, met them while on a visit here, and from that point on, had every new release sent to him in Dallas. When we drink wine, we always pull Stevens Wine from the rack. Being a member of their wine club is like being with family. Love you guys!!!“
