Usually quite busy, but the customer service of the staff have a system that makes everything flow wonderfully. Don’t ever let the crowds scare you away from trying their delicious food. From ordering inside or drive-through there’s many ways to get their delicious meals. Indoor and outdoor seating is available as well.“

“Just demolished the Bacon Cheezy Smash burger and I’m in a legitimately better mood because of it.
This thing is HUGE – two smashed patties, crispy edges, melty cheese, perfectly cooked bacon, fresh toppings, and a toasted bun that somehow holds it all together without falling apart. Easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in Ellensburg (and I’ve tried them all). Juicy, flavorful, and stupidly satisfying.

“Solid burger restaurant especially for a road trip. But the main draw is the exceptional service! We were pleasantly surprised by the team at the Ellensburg’ Carl’s Jr, the main server guy (1/16/26 12noon) who took our order and brought us our food was excellent! He was cheerful, great communicator, high energy and radiated great customer service. You should try to keep this guy, he deserves a raise!“

“4 stars ⭐ Not bad. Had the option of several fast food restaurants in the area, but decided on BK. We both ordered the 10 piece nuggets for $1.48 and an iced tea for my dad. Nuggets seemed a little small, but all 10 were there (sometimes we're given extra nuggets or not enough). Several large water puddles on the floor but quick, clean restrooms, easy access trailer parking, and one of those "fantasy" soda machines“
