“The New Phoenix Casino and Twin Dragon Kitchen are open and under new Management/ Ownership.The food is still around Asian Cuisine.The restaurant seating isn't open yet, but there are tables in the Casino area.They will be opening the Restaurant soon.And Saturday January 15th they are having an opening of their Sports Bar!“

“The food was excellent, and so was the service. The fries are so crisp and cooked just right. They even have a great Greek menu! I had the chicken/hummus pita, which was delicious and the pita was soft, warm, and fresh. My husband, who is picky about his hamburgers, loved the one they serve here.“

“The food here is delicious. The Klondike tavern offers quality options that include offerings for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free diets. Their cocktails are delicious and their staff is friendly and shows great hustle. The new owner has done wonders for this place as a go to food destination in St. Helens. Beyond the good food and drinks, they also have great events! Just in the last few weeks they have hosted live music, drag shows, charity balls, and even a paranormal investigator during Halloweentown this year. The owner works hard to give local artists and musicians performance opportunities and hosts events that benefit local non-profits while ensuring no one is turned away based on ability to pay. St. Helens is already benefitting from the energizing new venue. I can't wait until they finish the rehabilitation of our historic hotel, as I am sure it is going to create even more wonderful opportunities for residents and visitors alike.“

“Every dish my family ordered was good. The prices are reasonable. My kids loved it. The only complaint I have is the european waitress’s attitude was not the best, yet the other staff was friendly. We left a tip just because the food was good; then her attitude was a little better. But I had another tip too that is: if you don’t like your job get another one. Five stars for the food!“

“The worst steak I have ever had in the area, hands down. Ordered med rare and got well down. It was seriously like chewing leather. My wife’s fish and chips were quite comical as well. It was literally a tiny sliver of fish covered in an inch of batter. Our server, Mary, was very attentive and apologized profusely over how bad our meal was. The drinks we ordered from the bar were good and although the patio was closed we still had a great view while having dinner.“

“Got together with some work friends for a traditional “hail & bail” as many of us were departing to new duty stations shortly thereafter. Food was great and the service was also great. No issues with us splitting tabs and the beer was excellent (as one would expect from a PNW microbrewery). I had the Ash Cloud Amber and the No Bad Days IPA - both were excellent- I would recommend. For the food I had the Steelhead Fish & Chips (sorry no pic for that) and it was very good, although it looked a touch over done - looks can be deceiving- it was on point! The decor was not my style, but it still offered a good esthetic for many (you can judge for yourself from the pics) and incidentally, the lavatory was super clean and well cared for. Overall, the place was great and I’ll be back!“

“Stumbled upon this spot on a sunday ride to St Helens and super impressed! Best Chicago dog i've had in the Portland area! And, much to my surprise, the creamiest Guinness thus far! Better than every Irish pub in Portland -- and I've been searching for the best and was shocked to find it here (although not in a Guinness imperial pint glass, which was the only let down)“

“My family loves to come to Fuel, and we do go almost weekly. We have always had the best service and the food has always been AMAZING! We eagerly wait to hear what their daily specials are, but the grilled cheese with tomato bisque is our standard order. I love the elk chili and the meat & cheese tray. Then there is the dessert, a skillet cookie to die for! I've seen other reviews that weren't too stellar but we have never had issues, even with a group that kept getting larger. The seating arrangements can't handle very large groups, so expect to sit at tables nearby for groups larger than 8.“

“Phone in order of 2 piece halibut and chips with a cup of clam chowder. Chowder was good. I normally really like their halibut, but it wasn't seasoned and I had to season it when I got home. I was also astonished at the increase in price. They dont have an updated working website and you have to depend on menu pictures taken in the past. My order came to $39.34. Over $10 more than the menus online. They didn't even tell me the total when I placed the order. The girl at the window at pick up was nice and asked if I still wanted my order. I felt obligated to take it because told me how expensive the cost of the halibut was this year. I want to support local businesses, but its important to list the prices when accepting phone in orders. This used to be my favorite fish and chips spot. Didn't even come with very many fries.“

“I’d absolutely recommend this place to any blue-collar family man. I’m raising a family of seven, and getting everyone out of the house without breaking the bank is no small task. Most outings easily push past $100—but not here. When they’re running specials, we can order what we want, eat like kings, and forget our worries for a while. For the value you get, it’s hard to find anywhere better that still treats you like family.“

“Place used to have the best breakfast in town and they decided to gut the menu and completely ruin the weekend breakfast. Really sad!!! Used to love coming in on weekends for breakfast, good drinks and an even better bar tender but now with the new menu it really isn’t worth it. Hopefully they bring back the full menu cause it used to be AMAZING!!!!“

“Burgers weren't quite as good as what I've had at other Wayback Burgers. Patty could have used more browning and the cheese wasn't melted all the way. Cheese curds were great. Service was friendly and it was a good option on a road trip.“
