“Meconi’s Subs has been voted “Best Sub Shop” in the Olympian Newspaper’s “Best of South Sound” every year. The fresh homemade bread from their in-house bakery, quality ingredients, and the family-owned atmosphere has made Meconi’s Subs into a local favorite.“
“Vinny's Pizza is an absolute gem in the area, serving up a delectable array of pizzas that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. From their perfect crust to the generous toppings, each bite is a symphony of flavors that is simply unmatched. With their unparalleled attention to detail and commitment to quality, it's no wonder they've earned the reputation for having the best pizza in town, hands down.“
“This is the best Italian food I have ever had and I have been to Italy many, many times. Absolutely superb. Melt in your mouth gnocchi with a delicious beef ragu sauce, rib eye with gorgonzola sauce, desserts were glorious, tiramisu and lemon cello gelato. Wine choices were very good. Excellent service. Make a reservation! only 9 tables.“
“We had an outstanding experience dining at Gardener’s last night. Our food was excellent! We enjoyed everything we ordered, including the wine, and dessert was the home run! Service and ambiance were perfection. I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date but they were accommodating and got our party of 4 in. We can’t wait to come back! A few noteworthy menu items: The halibut, clams, brussels, garlic mashed potatoes, fresh daily special salad, and all of the desserts!“
“The food here is great, and they prioritize working with local organic sources and supporting dietary restrictions. The food has all been amazing, and the service was good as well. It is a bit more expensive but definitely worth it. If you are going for dinner, I recommend a reservation as it has really filled up both times we have been here.Vegetarian options: My mom is a vegetarian, and she had plenty of options here. They are also very willing to work with restrictions.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten and lactose intolerant. They have gluten-free and lactose free options. They do cost extra. The gluten-free pasta is really good and holds up pretty well, even with reheating.“
“Always like the soups and salads over here and the best part of this place is ots hospitality. I am always overwhelmed with their customer obsession and how they go beyond in serving you. This has always been my go to place when I want to eat healthy and be pocket friendly“
“Please understand what I am going to say may seem like hyperbole, but it isn't enough credit. Last Sunday my Wife and I stopped in, we're new to the area and were looking for a quiet well prepared meal. Both of which we received. It was an hr b4 close my wife had the cannelloni & I had what may have been top 10 steaks of my life. Our server was magnificent. She was the only one on the floor and handled it like a champ. I completely understand why this place has been open since 1952. Thank you very much for our wonderful evening in your establishment!!“
“I really love this restaurant. Any time I come to visit Olympia, I eat here for lunch or dinner. Today I had the vegan eggplant with linguine marinara. It was perfect and the eggplant was crispy and cooked all the way through. The sauce is also delicious!“
“The Mark has recently changed up their program, dedicating their menu to super delicious Roman-style pizzas, unlike the pizza you'll get anywhere else in the area, plus salads and desert options. They always have vegetarian and vegan options, too. The atmosphere is excellent, casual but romantic, with a beautiful shady patio for the summer, and a nicely-stocked bar. I always nonchalantly ask Lisa, the owner, to make me a spritz, no further specifications, and she always delivers something amazing. Plus where else are you going to get pizza prepared by a genuine Sicilian with decades of authentic Italian cooking experience under his belt?? The Mark is truly a hidden gem in little ol' Olympia, and completely unique for our area. I truly love it!“
“Everything was perfect. Attentive wait persons, delicious pasta (gf available, even ravioli) and quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Padded seats on the chairs and a coat closet.Vegetarian options: It would be easy to order vegetarian pasta and salads here. Don't forget dessert.Dietary restrictions: Our gf linguine was delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: It looks easily accessible.“
“The apps, salata and mains were good; pasta was very good, hot and well portioned. The only clinker was the bread pudding with only average taste and barely discernable portion. Service was friendly, but was oddly both intrusive and slow. No vegetarian options that I could see. Still, well worth another visit.“
“While my husband and I were on a business trip to Olympia, we stumbled upon Casa Mia during lunchtime with grumbling stomachs. Fast food wasn't on our radar, so we decided to give this charming place a shot. The waitress turned out to be an absolute delight, the ambiance was buzzing with good vibes, and the food was nothing short of fantastic. As a break from my usual pasta routine, I ventured into new territory and ordered a Caprese salad like no other. Picture this: a delightful Caprese salad perched on a warm, fresh-from-the-oven flatbread. It was a flavor explosion! My husband, on the other hand, went for the Italian meatball sandwich with a side salad. He was equally pleased with his choice. We relished our meal and the overall experience, making us wholeheartedly recommend Casa Mia. Whether you're stopping by for lunch like us or planning a delightful dinner, it's safe to say that Casa Mia won't disappoint. Buon appetito!“
“The Philly beef was hot and delicious. The beef was tender with just the right amount of spice. They wrapped it well. It stayed hot on our walk back to the hotel. And the service was pleasant. It wasn't particularly cheap. But a good sandwich is worth the money.“
“Had a really great experience with my first time here. Sarah was incredible! Great people, wonderful food, so many options. It was delicious and I’ll be back!Dietary restrictions: They have an option for personal pizzas made with gluten free crust! The pizza size is really generous and my wife said it was amazing.“
“I Absolutely Love the Brick and the food. Mike and Rich are amazing owners and genuinely care about making sure your dining experience is the very best. They keep the Pull-Tabs constant and fun for all and have an amazing assortment of TV’s for watching multiple games and from every angle. I highly recommend and encourage all to try both the pizza and breakfast.“
“This place makes the absolute best sandwiches. I'm not even kidding...they are THE BEST. I would consider my wife and I regulars for this spot and I don't think we have ever had a negative experience. The staff is nice, good atmosphere, and great, high quality food. They also have a patio for outdoor seating and sometimes we bring our dog with us when we sit out there. Not sure if thats actually allowed, but we've never had a problem with it... Overall excellent place. I consider it a Thurston county staple!“
