“Recently, we enjoyed a delightful lunch with our friends at the Lacey, WA Applebee's restaurant. We ordered a variety of meals, and enjoyed all of them. One of my favorites is the Bourbon Street Chicken with loaded mashed potatoes. This meal was prepared in a way that was both delicious and appealing.

Our server Courtney delivered 5-Star service with a friendly and pleasant personality. During our dining experience, she was attentive to our needs and requests.

The unexpected BONUS to our visit at Applebee's was a personal welcome from Rhonda, the restaurant manager. She reached out to us with a professional and personable conversation, and ensured that our dining experience was satisfying and enjoyable.

The combination of four delicious meals and exceptional customer service from Courtney and Rhonda resulted in a pleasant and delightful lunch experience.

“Charlie's came to our rescue when we needed to watch an NCAA volleyball match while we were away from our home! Not only did they put a bunch of TV's onto our match, but after everyone else left, they offered to turn the sound on. Amazing! The food was tasty bar food and the service was exceptional. I'd go back!“

“Had great food and a good time until we got our bills. Didn’t realize there was a 18% automatic gratuity added for large groups which is fine but they don’t give you a receipt so you end up giving an extra tip on top of the one already had on the bill. Some of our group questioned this to the server and only then did he admit there was a gratuity added. To me this is deceptive and spoiled the nice experience.“

“Fantastic food! The meats were Tender and not over smoked, as some tend to be. The Cuban sandwich was perfect and the chili and Mac n cheese were phenomenal! The only improvement I’d reccomend is add another cornbread muffin, one just wasn’t enough. So happy we drove up from to Centralia to try it, we will be back.“

“where should I begin..at first the service was great then we stepped outside and our food which we were not done with was gone then brought back all stacked which the original server stated he make it right but nothing was done to make the situation right shows how much they care about their customers..hummmm..service after that was terrible..also noticed alot of favoritism on regular customers..won't be back any time soon.“

Mine was Denver, my husband got the meat lovers, with their generous servings of hash browns, It was delicious. Our son got the Chicken fried steak breakfast and I had to get over my food envy! He said it was as delicious as it looked.
