“We have had several exceptional meals at Hook & Cleaver. The service has been super every time, the meals were all delicious. The sauces are wonderful. The steamed clams are the best we have ever had. The bartender made the best Manhattan I have ever tasted. Altogether a favorite place for ourselves and to bring guests.“

“This was our first visit for our 30th anniversary. We were not disappointed. Prices are somewhat high, but, what the heck, you only have one 30th anniversary. The food was wonderful. Although I would have liked a bit more halibut and a bit less pasta. My husband had the seafood linguini that was very tasty. The crab cake was great for the two of us. I was surprised to be paying for bread though. They served a delish peach cake for an anniversary treat. The service was great. The ambiance was delightful with great background music that was in the background. Overall a 4.5 out of 5.“
