“Every time I'm visiting a proper coastal town, solid seafood is on my agenda. That's what I came to Silverwater for. But I was blown away! My meal was plated with intention and cooked wonderfully. (Now that I've tasted fondant potatoes, I don't think I'll ever go back!) It was so delightful I turned my phone upside down and intentionally slowed my eating just to enjoy it. Rarely can I turn off my mind and just be in the moment, so this was a true gift. Paired with happenstance live music and attentive and warm staff, it was a genuine culinary experience I won't soon forget.

A shout-out to Barry, my waiter. His service was excellent to me, but what made him stand out was how he commended his kitchen colleagues for their skills, and how he treated another guest, a child. He crouched to her level for their conversation, rather than speak over her. It was an intentional and dignified choice, and it was reassuring that he was genuinely good at what he does and it wasn't for show.

When next I'm in town, I will absolutely be back.“

“We stayed at the Marina RV Park for the weekend and decided to walk on over the night we got in. We had the BEST food and service, we loved it so much that we came back with some friends the next day for lunch. This place has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants, we will be back anytime we’re in Port Townsend. “I really love the environment of the vintage building with positive energy with peaceful ☺️ staff members and house keepers and the Mexican restaurant have great entertainment with the open mic night with music and the spooky hauntings with the historic atmosphere with historical artwork paintings and I really love the history of Marisa Castle, Hotel and the bedding is very comfortable and I got excellent sleep quality and the hospitality is very pleasant and amazing with wonderful staff members and the peaceful friendly hotel guest with the peaceful atmosphere with vintage atmosphere and the settings was very pleasant and I haded a such an amazing experience and it’s was very awesome 😎 to stay there for two nights and I really want to revisit the manresa Castle hotel and stay there for five nights in the most haunted rooms that are room 302 and room 306.“

“This lovely small hotel right in the heart of Port Townsend. I walked to restaurants, the Saturday Farmers Market, and shops. The deck off the waterfront room was sunny and peaceful - perfect to enjoy morning coffee. Self check-in worked great, and the room was well stocked with everything I needed. Will definitely return when I'm in PT!Note that the hotel was beautifully renovated in 2018, so older reviews (especially ones about food from the now-closed restaurant below) don't reflect the current experience.“
