“I stopped in at Legoe Bay Reefnetter food truck and tried the salmon & chips along with their clam chowder—both were absolutely fantastic! The fish was fresh, golden, and perfectly crispy on the outside while staying flaky on the inside. You can really taste the difference in quality—it’s not your average fish and chips.

The clam chowder was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor without being too heavy. It had the perfect balance of clams, potatoes, and seasoning, making it one of the best I’ve had in the area.

Portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere had a great local, coastal vibe. If you’re craving seafood that celebrates the Northwest, Lego Bay is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend the reef netter fish and chips with a cup of chowder on the side—you won’t be disappointed!“

“If you haven’t been to Battles Kitchen yet… run, don’t walk. I swear, I’ve tried something new every single time we’ve gone, and every time I leave wondering why we didn’t find this place sooner. The owner? Absolute gem of a human. The food? Straight up from another planet. So far I’ve had the crawfish boil, seafood boil, Cajun tenders, shrimp po’ boy, lemon cake, banana pudding, peach cobbler, lemon pepper wings, and beignets and every single bite has been perfection. “Compared to some fish and chip places we have been to, this one wasn’t at all bad. 1 pce halibut and fries….price not bad, piece was small and the fries are skinny. The place was nice and clean. Not as good as back in the UK, but very few places are 😉“
