“We had a lovely breakfast here around 9:30 on a Saturday morning. It was bustling but we didn't have to wait for a seat. There's indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter and bus your own table, so it's a little more casual. I had scrambled eggs, and I chose black beans and avocado as my mix ins. It was heavenly. The toast and jam were good too. My partner really enjoyed his breakfast sandwich. The food came out pretty quickly. Plenty of vegetarian options.

“Delicious sub! The gentleman who made it for me was very quick, very kind and made sure I got everything I needed. Lots of parking in the back but be aware it's near an ICBC office and in a strip mall.
