I enjoy the food from this restaurant. Afra and chicken Yassa are delicious. Lamb is available as well. Salad dressing is unique tasting and the boabab coconut drink is addictive. Thank you.

Bantaba African Restaurant offers delicious West African cuisine, with standout dishes including Afra chicken, shrimp and slaw, black eyed pea slaw, plantains, peanut butter beef, grilled lamb, and chicken Yada. The flavors are a mix of sweet, sour, and satay. Customers appreciate the giant portions and the option for spicy or not spicy dishes. The Afra chicken is noted for being lemony and grilled perfectly. The restaurant is clean and tidy, creating a cozy atmosphere, though it may not have much seating for larger groups. The meals can come in to-go containers even when dining in, and the packaging for takeout is great. While the restaurant can have a longer wait time, many agree that the food is worth it. Some have enjoyed dishes through delivery services, praising every meal they have tried, including jollof, fried fish, plantains, and peanut butter stew. The Afra lamb and Afra chicken are highlighted as yummy grilled options. A small side of fried onions and pepper sauce that accompanies the plantains is also a favorite. Many hope for the restaurant's continued success and express a desire to keep ordering their food.
