“My mom and I stopped at this little restaurant in Mabton Washington. We are definitely going back. We were so pleased with our food and service, best that we have had in a very long time. I ordered Tacos de lengua. They were the best tacos I have ever had. So if you are in Mabton and you are hungry stop by this restaurant. You will NOT be disappointed.“

“I ate at Conquistador and honestly had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered the burrito supreme and it absolutely lived up to the title. This was not a small burrito. It was huge, loaded with rice, beans, and well-seasoned meat, then covered in melted cheese and topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole. Every bite was hearty and packed with flavor, the kind of meal you slow down for because you don’t want it to end. Portions here are no joke, you definitely get fed.

Chips and salsa came out right away at no extra charge, which I always appreciate. The chips were warm and crisp, the salsa had great flavor, and it set the tone for the rest of the meal.

The staff at Conquistador were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Service was excellent without ever feeling rushed. I felt taken care of the whole time.

The restaurant itself is worth mentioning too. Conquistador is decorated beautifully, bright colors everywhere, piñatas and decorations hanging from the ceiling, artwork on the walls, and lots of personality in every direction. It has that fun, lively atmosphere that just puts you in a good mood the moment you walk in.

For the quality and the portion sizes, the prices are a really good value. I left full, happy, and already thinking about what I want to try next time. The shrimp tacos are big and delicious, these aren't your typical little street tacos, they are using large flour tortillas for these bad boys! I also tried the cornadilla, which is a meat filled quesadilla on their fresh made corn tortillas, it was wonderful! And I literally got emotional eating the big breakfast steak burrito. It was the best breakfast burrito I have ever tasted. If you are anywhere near Grandview and are hungry, go try this place!“
