“We were in town from Alaska and looking for a bite to eat. Found this gem on the parking lot of the hotel. The bbq short ribs were amazing. My lady has several allergies and the server we had “MOMO” was great and explained everything in detail she could have. Excellent food and excellent service!!!! We will definitely visit this place again when we are in town. Thx again MOMO.”

“Just north of 88th and State St sits what might be the best bbq around. I had the little tray with turkey, mac and cheese, pickles and banana pudding. Everything was slappin. Get here early or call ahead they sell out fast. I could write a piece about this place the owner and the staff but you should go yourself instead!

Vegetarian options: Local sourced corn on the cob and strawberry shortcake both seasonal

“Never had a bad food experience here. The crab Mac and cheese is a huge portion and is rich and delicious. Not for those with a weak stomach. Steaks are cooked perfectly and the fish entrees are all fabulous .”

“I am updating my review because it's been close to 6 years since I was last here. I brought my 10 year old, and we loved it! The only criticism I have is for the mother daughter team to find a more private place to have their arguments. The kitchen amplified their voices and everyone could hear them. I didn't appreciate hearing the mother cussing at the daughter, or from the gentleman in the kitchen. Over all it was nice. My daughter and I had a great time there.

Parking: Parking can be an issue during busy times. Saturdays tend to be busy, having a reservation is suggested.

Kid-friendliness: Fairly older kid friendly, I've had my kids as young as 3 here and they offer a kids menu called little darling.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly open floor plan, might be a little tight in the rooms with tables, but otherwise I think it would be alright.”

“All in all it wasn't a bad place to eat. The service was OK for the most part. Took quite a long time to get the sugar for the coffee n tater sauce for the fries( by the way I don't recommend the tarter sauce unless u like over powering tastes it was pretty tart) the burger n fries were pretty decent but seriously greasy got on my shirt down my arm all over my hands. But was good. The steak my husband had wasn't quite as good neither were the potatos he had. N the portions wasn't to great either. We left n he was still hungry. The apple pie was mostly some kind of mushy crust. Not so good. Price wasn't to bad I guess for today's standards $75 for 3 people. Nice place though.”

“Consistently delicious and tender beef teriyaki. Dinner portion was large and lasted two meals. I went for lunch today, and the lunch bento was perfect: three pan-fried gyoza with dumpling sauce, four pieces of a simple California roll, small salad with dressing, steamed rice, and a good size mound of beef.

They have chicken, pork, and beef options, as well as a short rib teriyaki (haven't tried it yet but if it's anything like the regular beef teriyaki, I'm sure it will be wonderful). My friend had chicken teriyaki when we went for dinner and it was juicy and not dry like some places I've been to.

This will be my go-to teriyaki place here!”

“This is the best Blazing Onion location around. The staff at the Marysville location are very friendly and make you feel like they are happy you came in. I've ordered the same dish at different locations and the Marysville location always makes it perfect. The food just tastes better at the Marysville location. The service is timely and we really enjoy eating there.”

“Alfy's is a Marysville pizza staple. This pizza has such an amazing authentic taste to it. I love their pizza, and they have an awesome salad bar. The service is excellent and friendly. It's an awesome place to take your kids to and they even have a mini arcade for kids and an event room for birthday partys. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for awesome pizza and a family friendly environment.

“We usually pickup because it’s just around the corner and I’m impatient to wait for the driver. 😜 I had trouble ordering online last week, so I ordered in the store. 3 pizzas hot ready for me and I only waited about 15 minutes in the lobby! Wow! A few weeks ago we had company over and had been drinking, so I got delivery. He arrived in 35minutes, and pizza was hot and fresh. I tipped him 30-35% and he was so confused on why I had over paid him. 🥰 it’s just a couple dollars really, but I made his evening that much better! I love how friendly and quick everyone there is, and the carry out specials are always 🔥!”

“OMG! I just found the most tasteful food in Marysville!!! This little place deserves to be mentioned. Definitely a must try. We had the Pork which includes white rice and a simple but delicious macaroni salad. The taste of the pork is Phenomenal. We also order the delightful guava cake and the appetizing spam. Owner operated and super friendly. We are going back again tomorrow. I thought it was more of a souvenir store. I'm glad we went in. The place is very clean and a bit small but worth trying. Probably ordering to pick up will be the best.”

“I routinely order Wet Chile Verde Burritos. They have become a part of my life. They are always perfect. The quality of each ingredient A+ every time. Huge flavor and just the right level of heat. It's big enough to save half for later. I've lived in WA all my life, not once has another burrito beaten Tacos Guaymas. I've easily spent upwards of $1000 overall in my lifetime on Wet Chile Verde Burritos. Enough said, 5 stars.”

If you like egg, potatoes, and bacon covered in cheese grease, you won't be disappointed. It was so large I had to eat it in stages. That never happens to me. A+ on portions. Like some other reviews have mentioned there is a strong smell of smoke that comes from the shared ventilation with the smoke shop next door. Not sure if the owners have tried industrial level air purifiers (I know larger casinos use this) to deal with this problem.”

The nights having pool league are busy, if your not going to shoot pool, I would find out beforehand to avoid a crowd. The bathroom was up to par, and kept up.”

“I came two nights in a row while visiting in the area. These kids are very hard workers and are friendly on top of it. They were running and serving between online orders and in person but always remained upbeat. The pizza was delicious and the customer service was top notch. Maybe I’ll go a third night in a row! The priority was getting customers their pizzas so the dining room was a disaster and the seats are ripped and super uncomfortable but to-go is how I tend to go. Draft beer was advertised but unavailable so these seem like management issues. Great front of house though.”
