“Nothing but amazing things to say about this grocery store. After reading some of the other reviews about the poor customer service, I'm a bit surprised. This is some of the best customer service I've ever received in a grocery store. And I'm from Florida where we have Publix, considered the "gold standard" of customer service. The employees at this store were incredibly nice, and very helpful with anything I need to find. The best thing about this store is the variety in their hot and cold prepared foods bar. Better than Whole Foods, fresh market, etc. the chicken is actually edible here and not questionable like some other stores. I also love the concept of breaking up the more natural brands apart from the regular brands. Now I will say that it's all young people working here, so if your idea of great customer service is treating some like like crap and expecting a smile, I could get why you might leave a bad review.“

“The apple pie y'all! The crust is perfect and insanely good. There is a sticky, crunchy, sweet cinnamon topping - chef's kiss - and it was packed with apple filling. So, so, so good. The bakery staff were very nice and happy to help us with our pie selection. Not to mention the actual shop is really cute. Run, don't walk, and get yourself some pie.“

“I normally drop by to just buy their bread (which is damn good), but I stopped by to check out falafel night with my wife and we were not disappointed. Incredibly fresh and delicious. We will back for future falafel nights!Love the vibe this place has going on too - it is quickly becoming one of my favorite places in Spokane.“

“Store is beautiful and clean! The staff are all super friendly. The best part of all, the cookies are far superior to any rival cookie company Spokane has to offer. What I like is that each cookie has a different dough and instead of just new toppings, a lot of recipes have them mixed in. I’ve already been to this store five times and have never regretted the drive up there. Wonderful owners too!“

“I wish I could award six stars, as our visit to Boots was absolutely fantastic. The vegan and gluten-free selections were a delightful surprise, especially for my girlfriend who navigates several dietary restrictions. Thanks to a knowledgeable staff, we were seamlessly provided with delicious options. The pumpkin waffles were outstanding, but the sweet potato and tofu dish stole my heart. Not to overlook their pastries, which were also exceptional--I ended up spending at least $40 on them, and each was worth every penny. The cinnamon roll, in particular, was a standout for me; I've yet to find a gluten-free roll that tastes as authentic as this one. It was incredibly impressive, and we're eagerly looking forward to returning to Boots on our next trip to Spokane.“

“The food is delicious and the atmosphere is like stepping into an old friends home and be served some tasty eats with a low key relaxing no hustle and bustle. It's not the place for you if you're looking for fast food action. But if you want authentic Thai with time to spend enjoying your company you came with and meeting the host/owners and hear their story this is the place for you.“

“Really cute place. Probably the best macarons I have ever had!! Tried the fruity pebble, vanilla, confetti cake and raspberry. They are large and had amazing texture and flavor! The confetti cake was okay. Tried the raspberry cheesecake ice cream sandwich and that was delicious!“

“Obviously, one goes here to get cheap bread products. That was what I got. But, the customer service and warm inviting feeling that the cashier's and stocker provided was almost as good as the delicious bread. My child was offered free frosted animal crackers along with coloring pages. Go in on Saturdays for their dollar wall. ?“

“Visiting Spokane and like coffee? Can’t miss this coffee shop. Loved their blend so much, that I ended up buying their beans.Their Pesto Cheese Baguette is soooo gooood! Ask for the toasted version, it’s really toasted - no microwaving or pressed sandwich substitute.Vegetarian options: They have a pesto cheese baguette which worked for vegetarians in our group.“

“I've had an assortment of goodies there, and most of them have been in the pretty good sphere. The standouts so far to me have been their cannoli and the raspberry oat bar! Husband and kiddo liked the cupcakes, cookies and cake pops A-okay. The place has a very fun atmosphere, plenty of parking, and great customer service!“

“Excellent Taro Custard Drink, the best drink I have ever experienced. The place is spotless, the owners are so friendly, and I feel we are so honored to have a Beard Papas in our city, instead of having to go all the way across the state.“

“These folks do such incredible work in our community. The food is amazing and they never hesitate to help folks in need. They help fire victims, provide free lunch to kids, and constantly ask folks how they can help. My favorite business in all of Spokane, their menu is amazing and their hearts are golden!“

“Less is more at Made with Love Bakery. The building is small, but cozy. The coffees and baked goods are flavorful but not too sweet. Their selection is limited but focused. Very friendly staff and in a charming neighborhood location. Give it a visit if you're in the area!“

“I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody. That wants good European food! The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The food for what we ordered was good, although I wish I would have ordered my first choice instead of what I did! I was splitting the meal with somebody else, and wish that we had ordered our first choice instead of trying something new! All in all, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family! I will definitely be going back, though I'll be ordering my first choice! ???“

“Oh my goodness, you won't believe the incredible experience I had at the coffee shop today! The barista was simply amazing - so friendly, chatty and knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended their famous chai tea and I couldn't resist. It was absolutely mind-blowing! But wait, there's more... she also let me in on a little secret that they're soon switching to a new brand. Imagine the possibilities! While I was already there, I decided to indulge in their Bean & Pie, loaded with fresh strawberries & rhubarb. And need I say more? It was pure heaven on my palate! @beanandpie @newlovecoffee_ 1102 W Summit Pkwy Unit 102 Spokane, WA 99201“

“Just American Desserts outdid themselves! My spouse ordered 24 cupcakes, and a small single tier cake to celebrate my masters degree. Not only were the cupcakes and cakes gorgeous and exactly what I had hoped for, they were also delicious beyond compare. The party guests were so impressed and asked who baked the cakes all night! We will surely be back for all of our cake needs! Thank you for helping to make my event extra sweet.“

“Every time I come to Spokane, I have to visit Saranac Commons .. The Common Crumb is very near and dear to my heart not just because my cousin Kate and her husband Jeremy own it but because of their passion for their baking and cooking with high quality and natural ingredients. I visited the Biscuit Wizard for the first time yesterday and it had to be the best biscuit and gravy I have ever had!! This will continue to be on my high priority stops when I am visiting Spokane from Denver.“
“Susie did our wedding cupcakes and cutting cake. She delivered to our venue. We couldn’t have been happier with what she created for us. The cupcakes were perfect and tasted so good. She created our cutting cake just the way we wanted. Got so many compliments!Highly recommend Sweet Dreams Bakery.“

“Honestly one of the most welcoming and cozy coffee shops I have been too. I am not one to frequent a coffee shop, but due to the atmosphere, the always incredibly nice staff, and the great tasting coffee, I keep coming back. Couldn't recommend this place enough.“
“It's a bread store...when I buy a loaf of bread I take it home and put it in the fridge. It may be a few days before I get to eat it. Day old bread at less than half the price is awesome. Not to mention all the fresh products they stock. And the PIES.“

“I absolutely love the cakes here! Staff is great and owner is quick to respond and chat. And super friendly! They do sell by the slice if you want to just try it out! This buisness definitely has a life long customer. The prices are very reasonable for these cakes as well.“
“I was looking for bread rolls, but found wonderful honey pecan rolls and gingerbread mouse cookies. And my new found favorite frangipane tart was so delicious! Not the easiest bakery to find, but once you know, you know. The only complaint is the prices, if there was a Whole Food's in Spokane, this place would bake for it. (It's not jokingly called "whole paycheck" for no reason.) Sometimes though, getting a food item that is made of and tastes of good quality ingredients is worth it? Unfortunately I can't afford to be a regular regular, but I do enjoy the goodies enough to recommend them. Also, the steps to the building are steep! Be very cautious in and out.“

“Best thing ever. Love the kawaii aesthetic, I liked every cupcake I tried, bestie got a birthday cupcake, everything was great. Only thing we didn't crack open was the cupcake ale or was it a wine? Either way, all around amazing and will recommend this to anyone who loves cake. Well worth the price and the drive.“
“Jamie is AMAZING! She is incredibly talented at cookie design as well as delicious flavor! She offers gluten free and as a Celiac this is sooo incredibly important! Literally the best cookies of my life I could not recommend more! You must order for your business, event, and parties!!!“

“Absolutely amazing. Came in once at the last minute for a large order to surprise our council members for the first meeting of the school year and they were so nice and accommodating even though I was just getting $140 in cupcakes as a walk in. Not only that but they packaged everything beautifully in short order AND they had a large selection of gluten free treats to make sure that our gluten free group was included in the surprise. (I think I got 8 gluten free cookies that were huge & very pretty and maybe 4 dozen cupcakes) Everyone was super impressed and loved the treats. They are closed Sundays though so plan ahead. I walk by here every day and it always looks/smells amazing. It's my favorite place for treats to gift.“
“Why have I waited so long? The peanut butter cup pie is life changing!I actually bought it for my husband and now regret not buying two of them. It’s the best peanut butter pie I’ve ever had. Gone are the days of a birthday cake; I want this as my birthday pie from now on.“
“Lydia is such a great person. She makes me feel welcome every time I come into her establishment. I'm excited to see the new location downtown! Every single treat or bread I've had from her shop is absolutely delicious. Thanks Lydia. Glad to hear you're doing well!“
“I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕“

“This is the best coffee shop and bakery this side of South Hill Spokane and its not even close. Danae is the best hostess ever. Her hospitality and warm smile makr you feel right at home. Nick and Faye are the best drink makers. They always make your drink to perfection. That is saying a lot from a person who doesn't drink or like coffee ever. Now I'm a regular. The food and drink combinations go well together and you really can't go wrong with anything you choose. If you want to break away from the chain coffee spots and have a nice hometown experience, The ROCKET BAKERY IS THE PLACE TO GO. Tell them LB sent you.“

“This place was a solid 4.5 stars. Great sandwiches but not the best I've had based on how much protein was in the sandwich. Taste was yummy. It comes with a pickled. Prices for the sandwich was about $12. We wanted soup but right when we got there, they ran out. Service was very friendly and she helped answer our questions. They sell bread and day old for a discount. You can make the sandwiches a combo by adding package chips or their fresh bakery options. Place was clean and we were able to push 2 tables together to accommodate 5 adults and 2 children.“
“Oh my goodness! We were staying at the Davenport Hotel, and walked for 40 minutes each way to buy a loaf of their Turkey Red with Seeds -- remember the ad for Camel Cigarettes (I'd Walk a Mile for a Camel?) -- we walked 3 miles for a Turkey Red. Seriously, this is a stand-out bakery, not just for Spokane, but anywhere. WOW. We also purchased borekas for our flight home to Houston -- ate them when we got home. They were amazing as well. Can't say enough great things about this place!“

“We would recommend Sue's Cookies! We ordered sugar cookies for my daughter's 3rd birthday. They were not only soft, but they had great flavor. We had a Monster's Inc. theme and each cookie looked adorable! She was easy to contact and communicate with. Thank you!“
