“Hubby and I went to Taco Vado for the first time last night and it did not disappoint! We happened to go on their first night of having live music, which was such a fun surprise — and the singer was fantastic! I had the barbacoa burrito while my husband got the barbacoa bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. Their cebollita slaw was amazing and such a standout. We finished the night with the tres leches cake, which was heavenly. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Misty and the team from Outlaw BBQ were phenomenal! They worked with us on options and pricing to fit our non profits budget and the night of went off without a hitch! The West End Room was well set up for our group. The food was excellent and everyone loved the whole spread. With almost 60 people that’s a pretty miraculous feat! Would absolutely use them again!“

“My sister and I wanted a light lunch and wished we could find a salad bar... we googled a place, saw the reviews... let me tell you, it does NOT disappoint!! 🤩 We went for the salad bar, everything and I mean EVERYTHING was fresh and labeled. The staff was super friendly and busy! We couldn't even finish our salads and even though it was a salad bar they allowed us to take the remainder home as well!! “The fish there is deliciously fresh and doesn’t taste fishy. Never had a sushi roll or appetizer we didn’t like. The plates always decorated beautiful as well. The ramen is great with a unique broth. The seafood hibachi is the best ever! The sauce was delicious and unique. How they prepared the lobster tail was perfect. The servers and staff are always so welcoming and quick, like the food! They have a cool robot server, too. The decor and atmosphere is so peaceful. Highly recommend!“

“I had paid over $15 for a simple ( bland) cheeseburger, flat soda and old fries a few weeks back at a ( very near) competitors restaurant. I tried Molly's yesterday and was so incredibly happy!!! I got the bacon cheeseburger special which was loaded with the works ( let,tom,onion,pick, mayo). Condiments were cold and fresh. Burger was medium, seared perfect, still steaming, and seasoned perfectly!!. The bun was kind of crispy outside but NOT hard, soft inside and just amazingly perfect. It came with shoestring fries which were crispy but soft and salted perfectly yet again!. The Pepsi was also great since it hadn't lost any carbonation and offered that small " burn in the back of the throat" thing I look for. The icing? It was $2 CHEAPER!!!.... hotter, better, and more food than the other guys! Don't waste your money on hoping....CHOOSE THIS PLACE!“

So when we say a little hometown café like the Flying Goat is a must every time we’re in Panguitch, that truly means something. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re met with such a warm, genuine welcome—it feels more like visiting a favorite relative’s home than stepping into a restaurant. The hospitality is as comforting as the food is satisfying. Portions are generous, ingredients always fresh, and the quality never disappoints. Today I had their strawberry salad with a side of chicken fingers made with a jalapeño mango sauce, and let me just say—wow. It was so beautifully presented and so delicious that I didn’t even pause for a photo. I dove right in, and honestly, it might be one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The Flying Goat is everything a small-town café should be—charming, consistent, and full of heart. We’re already counting down the days to our next visit.“

We love serving everyone with our food truck, and enjoy watching families, friends, and kids of all ages enjoy being outside with great beer, snacks, company, and scenery. I love trying their seasonal brews, too, like their Peach Kolsch and Peachy Keen Hazy IPA. There is something for everyone at Big Barn Brewing!“
