“The owner was so welcoming and kind, hardworking and passionate about her food and providing a great experience! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us even though we were the last customers of the night and were there a bit past close.
The portion sizes were big and the food was outstanding, this was the best restaurant experience I have had in Seattle!“

“This is seriously my favorite Thai restaurant of all time, and I say that coming from a family who cooks authentic Thai food! The entire atmosphere is gorgeous, charming and cozy all at once, the food is amazing, and the staff are SO kind. Anyone who has written a negative review - you must be out your dang mind!! Pay no heed to those. I will come here time and time again and hope it never closes.“

“Lovely little neighborhood spot. Delicious options, they turn up the heat. You can watch em cook in the exposed kitchen.
Fair warning it’s about 15% more expensive than other Thai spots around and the portions are a little small but it’s a local spot and some of the best Thai in Wallingford.“

“I love Noi Thai Cuisine with all of my heart. The environment is very cozy and relaxing. I enjoy the candle lit dark ambiance, and the decor is great! I usually eat alone there but it feels like visiting family. Today I tried the chicken satay and it was simply incredible. My favorite part about this restaurant is the Tom Kha soup. I think about their soup when I am thousands of miles away. I think about it too much. It’s even been in my dreams. Every time I land at the Seattle airport, I am hurrying as fast as I can to the light rail so I can get to Noi Thai Cuisine for my favorite soup. Idk what they do to it…but no other Tom Kha soup will ever compare. If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be Noi Thai Cuisines Tom Kha soup. I want to start trying more of their menu, but I am addicted to their Tom Kha soup. The staff is always so friendly, attentive, and kind. I will continue to dine here as much as possible…forever. Thank you for filling me with so much joy!!!! I definitely reccommend Noi Thai Cuisine to everyone, they won’t let you down. I can’t give them five stars…..because they deserve five million stars. ;)“

“Ray’s Rice and Noodle Bar is such a great find! The restaurant has a cute, clean ambiance, and sitting outside along Greenwood makes for a perfect casual dining experience. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful — the Pad Thai was absolutely delicious, and the fried eggplant was so fresh and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted vibrant and well-prepared. I’ll definitely be returning!“

“Adorable little restaurant with a solid medium amount of food options so you dont get overwhelmed, covering all the core items you may want.
Ask for the dessert menu if you want anything as they arent on the menu but are really solid Thai options!
Vegetarian friendly with a lot of options for protein or different dietary needs. Service was friendly, quick, and helpful - all for a good price.
I do reccomend going if you want a lowkey dinner spot that is not too busy, a bit cozy, and you want some comfort food.“

“I’m Thai so I always have high expectations for Thai restaurants. But this place I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I don’t see much Southern Thai food in the area, so this is new and exciting.
They accommodated our 6-person reservation. The portions are on the smaller side, which let us try many dishes. I can say everything we tried was really delicious and authentic. The main highlight was MUU KHO. We had to order it twice. The spiciness level isn’t really at the level of southern food you’d find in Thailand, but I understand why. Myself, from central Thailand, cannot handle the real southern spiciness either, so this was perfect for us.
Service was great and very attentive. There are many other dishes we didn’t try, and we will definitely come back.“

“Their Pad Kra Pao never misses. The setup is a little weird if you aren't used to it. Commissary kitchen, so multiple restaurants operating in the same place from a takeout window. But they are always really nice. Just have to flag them down sometimes because they are busy.
Really good food. Incredible food at midnight.“

“The food tastes just like it does in Thailand!
The service was great, and the vibe honestly reminds me of eating street food in Thailand.
It's really chill and laid-back. We ordered the crispy pork belly with Thai basil, and they use real Thai basil—not regular basil. It's a big deal for Thai people because the flavor and aroma are completely different. Of course, we dug right into it and forgot to take a picture of crispy pork belly dish🫣🤭 If you're looking for a place to enjoy casual, delicious Thai food, this is the place!“

“This place is a hidden gem!!!
We came here for restaurant week without knowing much about it and left eager to come back! The food was all really good and a fun fusion of Thai and French or Italian cuisine. The portions were also really generous and we left very full.
Cannot recommend this place enough, highly recommend!“

“Good place to get Thai food. Lovely interior with great service. They have complimentary soup on weekdays for lunch. Big portion sizes. Chicken was just okay but the noodles and flavor were good. Mild spicy wasn’t spicy at all. I’d come back!“

“This is my absolute go-to spot for Thai food. The Lynwood has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff members are always friendly, even when it gets busy. No matter what, I always order Stir fried squid with salted egg yolk—it’s a must-have for me. But what keeps things exciting is that they’re always introducing new dishes that bring me right back to home in Thailand. The flavors are authentic, comforting, and full of depth. Their cocktails are also incredible—perfectly balanced and a great complement to the meal. If you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience, this place never disappoints.“

“The food was wonderful!! Full 5 stars! My favorite is the cashew noodle and I love that you can, for a small fee, add an additional serving of protein, which I did. The gyoza was wonderful too. So many restaurants take out is not as nice as at the restaurant, but not theirs. I opened both orders and it was arranged so beautifully, like a pretty picture and it tasted as good as it looked. I'm so happy to have them 5 minutes away. You won't be sorry with what you order, I'm sure it will be excellent too. Thanks for the great food!!“

“We have transited past Bua 9 for several years and finally dropped in. Our order came out quickly! And graciously served. Everyone was real nice (including the patrons, which speaks volumes). It's true: hard to get bad Thai food in Seattle. But each dish was true to its intention, and correctly spiced. Very delicious! Panang curry with brown (red! Maroon) rice was delightful. Pad Kee Mao was correct, vegetables perfectly cooked. We selected the basil fried rice and it had the right waké. The swimming rama was all of the things. Next time we won't wait nearly as long to come back.“

“All 10 women were happy with their food, no complaints. Beef steak, crispy pork, chicken and shrimp, they come with each uniquely tasty sauces! Sweet, sour and little spices. The serving lady and stuff handled 10 women beautifully.
We started at 12 noon on rainy Saturday. no waiting lines. When we finished with delightful roasted coconut ice, the waiting line was long around 1:30 PM.“

“I've found myself eating here at least twice per week since I discovered it. The food is absolutely awesome and the fact that almost anything can be prepared vegan.. PLUS their 2 star options are more like 3.5-4 star compared to any Asian style cuisine in the area makes a HUGE difference. They might have a cute server also... win-win for everyone.“

“The pad thai the the best I've had in Seattle. The pineapple rice at a three star heat had a lovely mouth numbing spice. The fresh chicken lettuce wraps, they have you make at the table. I highly recommend asking for an extra serving of the cucumber salad if you get that, since it is delicious and there is a LOT more chicken than salad to stuff the wraps with.
The fried rice is a crazy amount of food. Awesome value, and the smell of the golden rice is just magical.
Service was friendly and prompt, even though we were in there 10 pm on a Friday.
I'll be by again. What an awesome place.“

“My second time here in recent past, and both times I was happy with my food but a little sad to see when I walked it it was otherwise empty. I see a lot of negative reviews in the past for here, and I don't get it. Other than I think people's expectations for instant gratification may be a big influence. Came here with my parents as walk-ins on a Wednesday. Place was empty. Another group of 6 came in with a reservation after us. They definitely do a decent amount of takeout business, but I hope people support this place! It's a no-nonsense mom & pop little restaurant with good Thai food. I had the Chiang Mai Noodles which is in a yellow curry like a soup. Beautiful presentation (see picture), I ordered 4 star spiciness and received the perfect bit of burn and runny nose, extremely flavorful, noodles were perfect, crispy noodles on top for some crunch. It was a generous serving but I just devoured it until the bowl was empty. My mom had pad Thai, my dad the red curry, both were happy. Also got the crab crispy dumpling appetizer and fresh rolls to start and they were fresh and great! This is great Thai food serving a local community. If you want Michelin star service, go pay $500 per person somewhere downtown Seattle or whatever. My food was tasty. My water was refilled. Food came out at a normal speed because they weren't busy, and the group of 6 that ordered after us also got their food soon after and they all seemed pleased. They asked to make sure there were no peanuts in one person's dish due to allergy and that they used Canola oil and not peanut oil, both of which the server confirmed. Support small businesses and restaurants, it's tough out there for these little places!“
