I believe her name was Lui/Liu, and she was absolutely wonderful and understanding, I am so pregnant and could not remember my drink but she was so patient. “I usually love Gravity Coffee, but the seasonal pumpkin spice drink this time wasn’t my favorite. It gave a weird flavor, and my blended drink was watered down. I don’t believe the flavor is lacking on Gravity’s part though, as I’ve had seasonal drinks at other coffee stands this year and they’ve all seemed a bit OFF.

On the bright side- the staff at this location is super nice, and my doggo Toast Malone absolutely loved receiving his pup cup. I always appreciate their willingness to include him in my coffee purchase.“

I transferred a 32 oz into a 16 oz cup at home comfortably. Friendly staff but if I am paying for $9 for a beverage, I expect to get a little closer to the advertised amount.“
