“I have to give a shout out to the workers today at Michael’s Bistro! (8/14/24). My parents came in from Spokane and treated my daughter and me out to lunch. The food has always been fresh, fast, and superbly made. Today they went above and beyond and it helped me have a fantastic dining experience. I’m severely allergic to strawberries and my daughter had ordered a strawberry lemonade. The glass had a little bit on the outside which they promptly wiped off but had touched my glass. She quickly wiped off the lemonade glass, washed her hands and got me a fresh drink in a brand new cup. And with a smile! 😊 Then I didn’t realize the bread on my sandwich contained nuts. Unfortunately, another allergy and without hesitation when I asked, they took back my plate and made me a fresh sandwich on bread without nuts. The manager came out 3 times to ask questions to ensure I had a good experience. The sandwich was DELICIOUS and I was able to walk away and NOT wind up in the ER which unfortunately has happened at maybe places because they try to cut corners. I was impressed by their professionalism and while it was my fault for not checking the bread prior, they acted as if it was theirs, and made it correct without even batting an eye. Thank you!”

But it was unexpected to run into a first class waiter! Gerardo was absolutely perfect! Attentive, knowledgeable, well mannered and dressed professionally. If I had an opening I would've recruited him on the spot! And I wasn't held hostage by the check (Pet Peeve) This will be my go to Mexican restaurant in Moses Lake, No need to look further! She was friendly and very patient with us, as we had young kids with us. She served our drinks quickly and refilled them without having to ask. She was great at helping us make decision of food. She would offer us different things we could add to our burgers and i thought that was very helpful. The food was amazing and hot when served. It was not a long wait for how busy it was. Makaylyn was the only server on the floor and she remained very friendly and professional through the chaos. We will be back and hope to have makaylyn again!”

They do a nice job with breakfast sandwiches, and whichever meat selection you make, you do get a nice amount of protein. Where you score big is their price point. We grabbed three sams and a large coffee to split, for $9.98, and it filled us up quite nicely. I can't think of anywhere else you will find that great deal. We'll have to try their chicken sandwiches next time we are in the area. Nice people at the cashier's counter, too...”

“Unhappy with their adds. If you order a special seen online or TV you have to make sure that you tell them you want their special. Why do you have to ask for it if it's advertised. It' not a special if you have to tell them I want the special. Won't order anything from them again if I have to ask then online (which is not a person) and have to look for small print. I'll have to pay attention when the add is on TV again and see if it says that on the add.”
