“The app had issues and it double order, came to the store and the manager show exceptional customer service and refund me the order, even the procedure is to call to the app, as they don’t have control on the app orders. Will be back again.“

“Very friendly service! Its was a hot day, they were busy & I had requested extra ice cream in my root beer float ( which by the way are $2 ANY size!) and they had ran low on ice cream. The window people immediately let me know, they apologized and kept me informed of the progress. Having been given the information & updates made it much less frustrating to wait a few extra minutes. It literally was approximately 5 minutes more than normal wait with smiles, humor and excellent service! Will certainly go back!“
