“Popped in tonight for a small snack and decided the wings looked a treat. After being greeted with a warm smile, I got into a short discussion about the different wing flavours on offer. The nice young lady said her favourite was definitely the new “Swicy” one - a cross between sweet and spicy. She was right; the wings with that sauce were delicious.

Great service, lovely, very clean restaurant and no annoying germ-ridden key attached to a shoe-horn needed to use their very clean washrooms.

Will go back for more for sure. Great place for a quick snack.“

“I was looking at the happy hour menu and ordered the tacos, but I received the full meal size and didn't realize it wasn't the appetizer size. I was not expecting the bill to be that high. Noise level was louder than normal due to the fact that it was Canucks game playoff.“

“I would like to compliment the evening shift manager when I visited the outlet last Saturday, 7th Sept 2024. I'm sorry I forgot his name but his customer service was awesome despite the heavy traffic when visited with my family. He did not rush us when making an order, instead helping us to get the best combo deals. Even when we asked for extra condiments, he was there to support us despite the long line ups. He really manages the floor well which could have gone south pretty quickly. Very supportive to his subordinates. Kudos for your great service!“

“We went to the Krunchicken in Mission last night. Everything about the place - the food, the lady taking orders, the environment - were all top notch. We ordered all three kinds of bone-in chicken wings that were available as well as fries, yam fries, and other sides. Everything we ordered was FANTASTIC. Absolutely fantastic. The portions were huge, the prices were fair, and the flavors were out of this world!!! NEW FAVORITE CHICKEN PLACE!“

“Food was good as usual. Kiddo got the shrimp and onion rings, I got a three piece combo. Not too spicy, but definitely had a little kick at the end.
Place was constantly busy and the staff
were doing the best they could. Food was packed as soon as it was ready...nothing stayed long on the warming shelves.
Only bad thing was since the staff were so busy at the counter, dining room was a bit of a mess. Otherwise, always a great treat for me and my kiddo.“
