“One of my favorite places to go. Whether you're from around Mount Vernon or just passing through, if you can make it here, treat yourself. Amazing, delicious, reasonably priced food and quick & friendly service. All the burgers are great. I love the Irish cream milkshake.

“Extremely warm friendly atmosphere, great food, owner is great, Annie and the rest of the wait staff is impeccable! It gets extremely busy at times and they still do a great job. Good cooks. Food is great, burgers, fish and chips, and clam chowder. Yum yum yum!!! Bingo night, line dancing, karaoke, and live music is so fun! They welcome and love to see the kids come in and enjoy themselves as well!“

“I love The Rex! Wes and crew are super friendly, hospitable, whatever word you wanna use! The location is a perfect pit stop for your motorcycle ride, or just a great place to hang out in scenic western Skagit County. The food is great by the way 😏“

“There isn't much to say. They have the best people, prompt and tentative service, great food, and beers and drinks on tap to satisfy any discerning beer lover. And if you don't like beer they have ciders, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages too. For vegetarians, they have veggie options and accommodate dieteray restrictions. Their patio is dog friendly.“

“This is the finest, quality food…….organic…….the best Service…….enlivened atmosphere……in the whole Skagit Valley. The Owner, Nancy, is a Master Gluten free Baker and Chef! Delightfully prepared fresh! And beautiful! I regularly bring my healing and women’s groups here. Nancy and her staff extend themselves to us unendingly!
