[NOTE: This one is in Mukilteo, Snohomish Co] I only gave them 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ on Service & Atmosphere because I didn't dine in. I just walked in, ordered takeout and waited in the sitting area. The wait wasn't long and everyone that came in and out were nice! The food tasted sooooooo good! I got the Hudson and cheesy bread sticks. Pretty pricey for the 18" & cheese sticks but still worth it in the end! The slices are HUGE and everything was cooked well! Needless to say my 1st impression was great! Definitely worth checking out if you've never been before!“

“I did not take my receipt, but I was just at this location (5:55 on 1/1/25) and everyone working was fantastic. The people on the line had amazing sense of urgency and the person in the green shirt was doing a great job delegating tasks while helping delivery drivers and managing the cooking pizzas. As soon as the rush I was part of was over they were immediately restocking and cleaning the line in addition to helping out with small tasks when they noticed they needed to be done. They were encouraging each other and overall seemed like a great team. I don’t care how much they get paid, they deserve a raise.“

“We recently stopped by Brooklyn Bros. Pizza, and the food was absolutely authentic and delicious! The service was friendly and efficient, even as the place got busier due to an event at Angels of the Winds. The timing of our meal was perfect, and despite the growing crowd, everything came out promptly.

It was so good that after stopping by a nearby bar for a drink, we came back for another slice to go! Definitely worth the return visit. One thing to note: parking can be tricky if there’s an event nearby, so plan ahead. But overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

“I really enjoyed the pizza! Ordered a Bull Pen, and a custom, both large pizzas. For translation, the Bull Pen is a meat lovers pizza. Delicious! It is baseball themed, so plenty of baseball paraphernalia and baseball on the tvs. Brought the whole family, 9 people. A large pizza cost $33. Personal size pizza was $11. There is no "by the slice" option.

“terrible customer service, centralized dispatch service, online ordering & delivery service... had a problem ordering online. I called. was taken to their centralized dispatcher who took my order over the phone. they confirmed the online ordering system malfunction & said they needed to transfer me to the store direct line for payment processing... 50 mins on hold, no one answered (also no way to return to dispatcher using key pad). I hung up and called back. they retook my order and placed me on hold while they "did the math" so I could pay. 20 mins later, they get back on the line and retake my order a 3rd time. they then allow me to pay and claim our location is out if bread sticks as therefore were not answering the phones & that is why the online ordering is disabled. We receive our order 40 mins later with a ring on our door. I open the door and there is no person but pizzas sat on our bench. I had planned to make sure the order was correct & tip our driver but couldn't do either. of course, the order was wrong... one pizza was too small, while the other was wrong all together. they also left no receipt (& since I ordered verbally I got no emailed receipt). I called the dispatcher again. they say I can only file complaints via email. I asked what do I do about the fact that I don't have enough food or the right food to feed my family after all of this? he said eat what you have and I'll transfer you to the store's direct line (knowing they didn't answer the last time). Again on hold... (48mins) I've hung up because surprise surprise, NO ONE ANSWERS. I sent a FB message to them also, nothing.... I have my order confirmation number and a photo of my pizzas. I'll be chatting with you all in person tomorrow. 🤬“

The salads are fresh and taste delish. you can get regular or Greek salad. the pizza is no ordinary pizza. For it to be mall pizza I say it almost taste like Pizza Hut but I love this place overall!“

“I've been to this MOD a half dozen times and it's always about what you expect. Friendly staff, fine atmosphere, delicious food. If you've never been, it lets you customize your pizza toppings with many options sorta like Subway or Chipotle. That's a dream for me, since my wife and I have very different tastes.

“Excellent! We've eaten here numerous times but it had been quite awhile due to Covid. In September we ate here for my husband's birthday. Our server was "Thomas" and he was truly great (very attentive). We not only had received a free birthday burger for hubby but the staff sang to him plus Thomas brought him a sundae for dessert!
