“Hmm, where to start... They have the best pizzas with their signature crispy wood-fired pizzas, and we aren't kidding that they are our absolute favorite pizzas in all of Washington. Next on the list are their pizza rolls. We've had good pizza rolls, but never pizza rolls like Fondi's. Pro tip: If you really want your pizza rolls to be epic, you have to dip them in Fondi's homemade gorgonzola dressing. Trust us. We even know a three-year-old who isn't a fan of pizza (yeah, we think it's crazy too), but he will devour half a plate of Fondi's pizza rolls... Their salads are the freshest salads around; you'd think they were a strictly salad restaurant with how amazing these salads are. We've tried every single salad on the menu, and if we had to pick our favorite, maybe the Insulata di mele with its fennel-candied walnuts, but then we'd feel bad for forgetting their classic Caesar's forum, which is a Caesar salad even your kids will want to eat! We may have saved the best for last, because Fondi's flatbread, which we order crispy with the fresh mozzarella, white bean dip (kind of like hummus if we had to compare it to something more well known), and their pomodoro spread (a really fresh marinara-type dip). We almost forgot our favorite dessert! The Burnt Creme, aka Creme Brulee, is incredible; it's really the best way to finish your meal, but we sometimes order the Affogato as well, it's espresso over ice cream, and it's delicious!“

“We bought a ½ and ½ BYO pizza. Pizza sauce on one half and Alfredo on the other half. Not every place will do that, do that's awesome. give amount of toppings. chicken layered 4 slices thick on the chicken bacon Alfredo side, whole cloves of roasted garlic, covered with bacon. perfectly cooked. simply awesome! We also ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and addedI bacon. It was great also. and also had a ton of chicken in it. probably 50/50 chicken to pasta ratio. the pasta came with a piece of garlic bread that was ok and a nice fresh side salad. “We had such a great experience at MOD Pizza in Gig Harbor! From the moment we walked in, everyone greeted us with a smile and was genuinely kind and happy to help. Our pizzas were cooked perfectly and exactly how we ordered them. They even gave us hella ranch without hesitation, which was a win! On our way out, one of the employees went out of their way to hold the door open for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. “Great takeout pizza and a really solid option if you’re grabbing food before a movie at the Rodeo Drive-In.

The pizza was awesome. Fresh, flavorful, and held up really well for takeout. Pickup was easy and convenient too.

A couple things kept it from 5 stars: the cannoli wasn’t very good, and they forgot to include our plates and napkins, which was a little inconvenient since we were eating in the car.

Overall though, we’d definitely come back for the pizza. Great drive-in movie food and a good local takeout spot.“

“Just wanted to say I love you guys and I always get the BEST service from your staff. People taking phone orders are always very professional and polite. They make the process smooth and never awkward in any way. 99% of the time when I go to pick my pizza up, there is a friendly smile waiting for me right next to it. What a good feeling! However I just wanted to say, tonight is the first night in years that I ate a gross pizza from the gh location. My bf picked up a large half mushroom and half jalapeño sausage and man was that crust tough!! I'm not sure if it was the dough roller or if it was just left in the oven too long but it was kind of reminding me of the cardboard crust days. :/ just wanted to give you guys a heads up and let you know that I expect more from you. “We got the "supreme" pizza - pepperoni, salami, sausage, mushrooms and onions. Also had a Ceasar salad. Their Ceasar dressing is to die for. It's absolutely delicious, fresh lettuce, it was great! The pizza was SO good, super cheesy, right amount of toppings, sauce was on point and the crust was cooked perfectly. A very family friendly atmosphere with fantastic, friendly and fast service. Highly recommend.“

“Hy lu Hee Hee ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hy Lu Hee Hee means “Good Times and Lots of Laughter.” The Hy lu Hee Hee is a Gig Harbor, WA local’s hang-out that got it start as a Tavern in 1935. In 1958, the State condemned the tavern building and asked that the business vacate the premises, so they could build a new highway to Purdy. The business was rebuilt in 1983, in a new location, by new owners, which is where it has remained ever since. I have been visiting Gig Harbor since 1990, but my first visit to the Hy Lu Hee Hee wasnt until 5/19/23, which was a Friday. Although I arrived before 9 PM, the music was LOUD! I’ve decided to do a sound check via the app SoundPrint. It averaged 83 dB and got as high as 88 dB, which is considered Very Loud. That would’ve been acceptable if I had signed up to see a live band, but it wasn’t. It was bad pre-recorded music, being played over blown speakers.  I had to shout out my order. Everyone around me was shouting too. My server told me this is the norm after 9 PM. Unless you’re already deaf, or enjoy the thought of shouting at your dining companions, I recommend you visit the Hy Lu Hee Hee earlier in the day.  I ordered one of the five house favorites on the menu, Fish + Chips ($17) - Breaded and Seasoned Wild Alaskan True Cod with Fries, House Slaw + Tartar Sauce. Compared to all the fish and chips I’ve eaten in Washington state, it was pretty standard fare. It was a generous portion of fries, and I liked the housemade tartar sauce. The coleslaw had decent flavor, but it obviously been made sometime ago and was swimming in liquid. Personally, I prefer Tides Tavern, which is another Gig Harbor local’s hang out, but I’ll be back at some point to visit the Hy lu Hee Hee. I tried for about 10 minutes to order the Pizza online with the App. I got a little frustrated because it kept going back to a regular price no special a difference of $20 When we walked in the guy at the register asked if we ordered online, I explained I was not able to do the order online. DAVID WAS SO HELPFUL!!!! HE WAS PATIENT AND KIND AND TOOK THE TIME TO HELP US GET THE PIZZA ORDERED. HE SPENT ABOUT 15 minutes helping us. “I have loved Pizza Hut for many years and was so sad to see the indoor seating go...but now I've visited the new sit down PHs i see they've ruined...no salad bar...no 1 or 2 video games in corner to keep kids busy til the delicious hot bread sticks come...instead of the good old hot sauce to dip the sticks in you get an ice cold sauce in a tiny cup with lid on it...like to go...no more cups with ice with a free refill just a 20oz bottle..it doesn't say come in..Welcome..We want to you enjoy your meal...instead it's no different than getting it to go...they've ruined the Hut experience we had when we were young...it should change they're name to just Pizza“
