This place is such a hidden gem for a relaxing night out. The menu has just the right amount of options without feeling overwhelming, and every dish and drink we tried was excellent. The sunset view was absolutely stunning and made the whole experience feel extra special. The cozy setting and personalized service gave it a warm, intimate feel. It’s the kind of spot you want to return to for a memorable meal and beautiful evening.
La Rustica has been on our list for some time, as we live nearby but of course life has gotten in the way of us making our way there (particularly before they started taking reservations, and you had to line up at opening). We finally got the chance to dine there last night for my dad’s birthday, and the experience missed the mark. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, authentic, and genuinely welcoming.
The Italian food was outstanding across the board:
perfectly cooked pasta, incredible flavor, fresh ingredients, generous portions. Rodney goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this incredible place.

La Rustica is a charming Italian restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The house salad and dressing are great, and the boar osso bucco is delicious. The portions are generous, and the focaccia bread is exceptional, with many guests noting that it could be a meal on its own paired with a glass of wine. The tiramisu and carbonara are also highly recommended. The mussels make for a wonderful starter, and the wild boar special alongside the risotto with fillet mignon are incredible dishes. While some meals may take a while to arrive, the service is great overall, with attentive staff like Max ensuring a wonderful dining experience. Many visitors feel that the restaurant offers fabulous food at reasonable prices, making it a hidden gem in the area.
