“Not sure if this is a one time thing or if Jimmy Johns just doesn’t give as much as they once did, but my sandwich was pretty weak- barely any meat and the cheese seems to be thinner than i remember. If this is the standard, well… not worth the price at all.“
“Okay. 1st round was a Doordash order. Store is less than 1xmile away from my place. Ordered a hot san and a cold san. Few minutes late, but okay: but hot san was missing ingredients we especially ordered. Called the store, the guy was very pleasant. Reordered the sandwich for redelivery. Then i checked the cold san. What? Jummiy Johns! What up? Like 2 teaspoons of lettuce? 4 tiny pathetic tomatoes? C'mon guys, you need to impress your people, not disappoint... I was Not impressed with that sandwich at all. All in all, good customer service to send a new sandwich, so i will see if they arrive in timely fashion. Update to follow: 2nd round was a replacement sandwich that they said they would send our way. Ok Jimmy Johns drver arrived with replacement san, really super guy, very nice, and we were pleased with the correct sandwich. Still unsure about the cold san, but i will give them the benefit of the doubt since they were totally awesome about rectifying the mistake. Good going JJ!!!“
“Best experience ever! I had the unwich, but when I was ordering one of the employees heard me making my order and came up and asked me if I was celiac. I told him I was. He took extra care and wiped everything down before making my meal!
