“The customer service here is amazing, the store is always very clean, and the overall atmosphere in this Starbucks is definitely great. I highly recommend stopping in for an espresso.

“The staff has always been so friendly and kind whenever I go. Dani and Audrey (I hope the spelling is right) are so sweet. They were out of green tea and she was so apologetic but I understand that things happen, and it wasn’t her fault. Me and my mom frequent this location and will continue doing so.“

“I went to this location earlier today and expected just a typical starbucks experience. however i learned that there are some people that are made for customer service and the lady who served me was one of them. I didn’t get her name but she is from jacksonville florida and she was the absolute sweetest person i have ever met and gave me the best service i have ever received at any place ever. If this girl is making minimum wage you need to up that because she is fantastic.“

“i regularly sit in the cafe for over an hour, waiting for my shift to start across the street, the atmosphere and staff is so kind and playful. I'm greeted by name almost everyday and when I go through the drive through or mobile order I still get greeted with warmth and it's a wonderful way to start the day“

“My husband and I came here for coffee and I wanted a keto latte: diabetics have to keep carbs down. The barista said she didn't know about that, and the manager overheard so she came over quickly and explained that the staff members were not trained in keto products but she knew exactly what I wanted. She explained it to the staff and I ended up getting the best keto latte that I have ever had. THANK you to the manager here!!!“

“Had a good experience there. At the time there was only 1 lady upfront working. And even though she was by herself she did a really good job at keeping up! She was very polite and kept a smile on her faceGot the Chocolate Cookie Crumble Crème Frap. Is was super good! Also had the cute snowman cookie“

“Baristas here are always hard at work. There is usually no line, due to the Starbucks in the parking lot, bit as that one is constantly closed this one picks up their business. And they usually do so without complaint. Fast and friendly in any circumstance.“

“Warm receptive environment from store employees upon my entry into the store when I asked for needed assistance. What made my visit even more enjoyable was the offer of free coffee, a gesture that enabled me to sit down and relax while I also took advantage of free wi-fi access. A very pleasurable visit.“

“Once a month or two I make the long drive down to Olympia to conduct business with the Secretary of State. I always swing into here to grab a fresh coffee and ice water 🤗 every time I come all of the employees are super nice and welcoming, even in the wee hours of the morning!
