We were at the South Hill location, upstairs in their banquet room for a check reveal thank you party for the The Great PumpkinFest partners. Jessica took great care of us and we weren’t a small group for sure. We were all moving targets, mingling, talking, standing, sitting, and yet she still remembered who ordered what. It was first class service! Sorry I didn’t get her last name and then when we moved downstairs.. was it Scott? who took care of the after party. It was my first time at Twigs. Great impression! “Update they made good on their promise to fix the issues. We got gift cards to go back and it was amazing all the way around.

My boyfriend and I went to have a a date night on 5/19/2025. We waited for an hour for our food because our ticket fell into the grease which is what our server said. When we were told what had happened the server said it would be 5 mins this was at 5:15pm. We told the server we would be leaving if it was not at our table by 5:20 we were going to leave. 5:20 came and we got up to leave I had enough time to get to the front and asked for the manger before they came up and said our food was ready. When my boyfriend tried to explain his frustration the server yelled at him telling him not to yell at her. He was not yelling he was loud as he was frustrated by the lack of care or empathy. The server kept saying over and over that it was not her fault. It was partially her fault as she neglected to check on our food. How many peoples food were contaminated by our ticket being in the grease. This store ruined our date night and my boyfriend lives on the other side of the and is leaving on 5/20/2025 to go back home. Our bill would have been substantial but no we were treated like we were less than human

“Very good service and friendly staff, always kept our drinks full and made all our cocktails very well. Its a typical dive/sports bar atmosphere with pool tables and neon signs, sports playing on flatscreens, and the requisite loud, over-priced touchtunes jukebox - standard issue stuff. But the friendly staff and overall cleanliness of the facility make this spot a notch above most dives. The food was your typical bar cuisine- burgers, deep fried goodies, apps etc. Everything we ordered was delicious and hit just right. Overall this is definitely a top notch dive.

Vegetarian options: Im sure they have grass outside somewhere.
