“I am writing to compliment the staff at the Pacific, WA Dairy Queen. Ozzie, Tiffany and Jeremy all have fantastic customer service skills. They make you feel welcome and seem genuinely happy to have you in their store. The food is also very good and service is fast. We live mush closer to another DQ, but we always go to this one in Pacific because of the staff there.“

Tastes like they aren't a sysco company... Who knows... Good eats... Double piggy is a lot BTW... Enjoy it but only if you got time to digest a few hours after. 100%recommend“

“This is best drive thru burger in the area. Great friendly staff, incredibly quick service for the quality. The onion rings are the fluffy, fried kind you were praying for every time you got bready undercooked onion rings somewhere else. We go out of our way to stop here probably once a week… guilty pleasure for sure. Currently here to grab burgers to treat my employees because they hadn’t heard of the place yet. Happy to spread the word. Management is doing a great job with this place.“

“My friend introduced me to this place yesterday. I never thought in a million years I’d like dipping chips (homemade too) in garlic ranch dressing, but it was delicious. Their French Dip with au jus was scrumptious as well; almost as good as having one in NY. Also, they have awesome garlic fries, they use fresh minced garlic. They even make their mozzarella sticks from scratch. Thanks to my friend, I’ll definitely have to take my family here, yum! 🙉 We had an awesome waitress, very attentive. I guess if you’re a first timer, they let you try their homemade chips for free; it was nice of her to tell me that. “Food quality is good. It's fast food type food but better quality. Price is premium with tipping. It's fair but not cheap. Tables and eating area clean, did not use facilities. It's not a speedy venture so there's a little wait after ordering.“

“I usually get the Philly cheese steak sandwiches when I come here. The food has always been consistent and their other items are good as well. Customer service is great and never had to wait long for the food every time I’ve been here. Nice hidden gem in Federal Way. Unfortunately, no pics of food because we eat it as soon as I bring it home. Maybe next time.“

“This place has been here for many years. If you decide to stop here for dinner or lunch, you have to get the beef Hawaiian burger, which has a pineapple on it, so delicious. It’s one of the more sloppier options if you’re into eating with Out making a mess. The crinkle cut french fries are always a hit and you gotta try the deep fried mushrooms or the Wings. The owner is pretty cool. You can tell she’s about her business. Price is a bit on the high side I believe each meal is $15-$17 so to feed a family of three or more it’s gonna cost you pretty close to $100.“

“First time here. I had the California Burger combo. Was delicious. Burger was juicy and toppings were fresh. Crinkle fries were great and they have they own home made fry sauce. That's a bonus. My Husband and Son got the Beef and Chicken Katsu Burger combo. Huge Burger. Chicken was an actual chicken breast not a fake patty. Thru lives them. Thru said they have really good katsu sauce. My husband did say he wished they had mustard available for the fries. Soda fountain has Coke. Not many options but that's OK. Another family with a kiddo came in and got milkshakes, they looked good. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu! Such great prices and you will leave stuffed!“

Everybody feels like family there. Even though it’s located in the city limits, it has that small-town bar charm that’s getting harder to find.

The staff is awesome, and the food is even better. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu, and it’s all solid—but the tuna melt is my go-to, and the taco salad is huge (definitely enough for two people).

Josh, the owner, is a great guy. Quiet and soft-spoken, but always kind and genuine. The Summit is a spot that does things right—good food, good people, and a place where you’re always welcome.“

The gentleman manager is always friendly too, and always comes by to check on us, as does Victoria.. All the servers are very pleasant. The food is good and not overpriced. “The guy at the counter was friendly, we had an interesting conversation. This was my first visit, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, and the positive vibes from the staff. The burger i ordered was perfect, the patty tasted like real meat instead of filler, fresh vegetables, assembled with care rather than just thrown together. I don't know how they made the fries, but they were so addictive... I ate them all, whereas I usually throw away at least half at other restaurants. I had the prime rib, perfectly seasoned and the clam chowder and rolls for the table were so good! My husband had the salmon, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Total dinner for a table of 4 was $160 and we were stuffed. Our waiter was Jesus and he was a joy to work with.“

“I just started coming into the federal way Applebee's. I started going to the Renton Applebee's because that is where I'm from. I was pleasantly surprised how great the Federal Way Applebee's is! James is such a great employee! He is very attentive and sweet. I never had to wait for anything.“
