When I got to the window, I read the smaller menu in front of me about the seasonal specials. I read the specials menu deciding on what I might want to try. All the while the person at the window was engaged in a personal conversation with someone else. Finish with my reading. I waited for another minute or so to listen to the blather about her recommendations of somewhere to go, and how the other person would feel accepted. Blah, blah, blah. Sorry, that's not why I drove into your place of business. Read your menu and waited for your employee to do their job which they did not. I can go anywhere and be ignored. But to be expected to purchase something afterwards, spending my money for rudeness. You have lost a customer that you never had.“
