“Starbucks now preferences online orders over people who bother to walk in for service. You’ve got it wrong Starbucks. An empty lobby does not mean fast service, it means after 15 minutes while baristas prepare orders for people off of their phone. Is that what we really come to? I’ll go to the locally owned and operated drive-through any day“
“On 1/31/2023 I was hit by a car leaving the drive thru at this particular Starbucks. I was taking my scooter from one sidewalk to the another when a car pulled out of the drive thru here and struck me sending me flying thru the air and landing on my head In the middle of Lund avenue. I suffered a broken neck and some other minor injuries. It's been a little over a year since that happened and I'm still suffering the consequences. The staff was helpful that day. They called the paramedics for me and I waited inside for them to arrive. Oh the coffee is Okay too. ?“
“This is my favorite Starbucks in town! Not only are the drinks THE BEST here, the staff is so sweet! The girl with the fun colored hair is my absolute favorite, her customer service is top tier and she ALWAYS makes my drink PERFECTLY!!! I get excited when I see she’s working. Do not sleep on this Starbucks! Skip the drive through up the road and run into Fred Meyer for your Starbucks instead. You will not regret it!!!“
“Nice big Starbucks with lots of seating and parking. Baristas were fast and friendly. Note: voices carry in the place and we can hear every word spoken by the baristas. Today it was all internal (and loud) but if it ever was about a customer, well, the whole place will know.“
