“On 1/31/2023 I was hit by a car leaving the drive thru at this particular Starbucks. I was taking my scooter from one sidewalk to the another when a car pulled out of the drive thru here and struck me sending me flying thru the air and landing on my head In the middle of Lund avenue. I suffered a broken neck and some other minor injuries. It's been a little over a year since that happened and I'm still suffering the consequences. The staff was helpful that day. They called the paramedics for me and I waited inside for them to arrive. Oh the coffee is Okay too. ?“
“Starbucks now preferences online orders over people who bother to walk in for service. You’ve got it wrong Starbucks. An empty lobby does not mean fast service, it means after 15 minutes while baristas prepare orders for people off of their phone. Is that what we really come to? I’ll go to the locally owned and operated drive-through any day“
“I ordered ahead for my drink so that it would be ready when I got here. I did place my order and said i had a personal cup. Usually when i do this they make it and and they then pour it into my personal cup. Not this time. The sweet barista that helped me was told not to make it until I arrived because I chose to bring my own cup. Otherwise I had a great experience.“
“Wanted to post this somewhere, Lady came in ordering a drink then pulled a Karen and said it wasn’t sugar free, that it was a threat on her life because she was diabetic. Started blaming the staff and making a scene stating that she asked for sugar free cream but then ordered a sugary drink. Claiming loudly “how should I know it was a sugary drink?? I have never been here before!”. Seems like she set herself up for failure for not looking at ingredients before hand, or asking enough questions, or letting the staff know she was diabetic and needed extra help ordering a safe drink… Anywho all that to say, the staff here is amazing, none of that mess was y’all’s fault and don’t let the Karens get you down. You made 100 people happy that morning and 1 was just having a day. Can’t wait to come here again!! 🥰💙☕️“
