Additionally, the order board is consistently turned off, making it difficult for customers to determine if their orders are ready or in progress. I would suggest focusing on improving customer service, including better communication from both employees and management.“

“Finger-shaped indents were in two of my slices, on two whole pepperoni, still ate 'em but it looks like someone's just pushing down the dough bubbles with their fingers.Tried to give me a waiting hotdog that was there before I arrived, or "it'll be 15 minutes for a fresh one." so I took it, also received one melted chocolate sundae from someone else's order, and half-melted chocolate sundae from the freezer. Ice and spoons were gone. I was under the impression Costco spared no expense at hiring people, I've seen better food prep from $7 fast food employees in years gone by. Tasted great though!“
