“Hard not to like this place. An easy 5 stars. It can be crowded, but it's fast anyway, and it's popular because it's good. Not the easiest on the wallet with 5 kids, but the punch card helps with that! Love the comfortable seating and friendly staff. My kids love this place even more than I do. They rarely *all* thank me at the same time, but this place is a crowd pleaser. We're here on a late January evening and are far from the only ones! What else can I say?! 👌🙌“

When I enter the store, or when other customers arrive, there is no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. The atmosphere often feels a bit uncomfortable, as employees seem to stand around without engaging with customers. Additionally, the order board is consistently turned off, making it difficult for customers to determine if their orders are ready or in progress. I would suggest focusing on improving customer service, including better communication from both employees and management.“

“Most Costco food courts in this area are set up the same, so it is the standard inside seating. This location has opted to remove some seats so there is more room for people to wait for their order. The Silverdale location does a better job with their pizza (taste and ensuring the pizza is actually cut through all the way). The issue with the Silverdale location is that they are slower than others and ordering ahead doesn't help you out as they expedite tickets by number, regardless if you called your order in.

The only thing I've had from this food court is the pizza and Mocha Freeze (which is par for the course).“
