“I recently visited the Subway store, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The store was clean, and the food tasted good, which are essential factors for any dining establishment. However, I encountered significant frustration when attempting to place an online order.After placing the order and making the payment, it was repeatedly canceled. I reached out to the store, but the staff couldn't provide a clear explanation or help resolve the issue. This was disappointing because I couldn't take advantage of online offers and save time, which is one of the main reasons for using online ordering services.I would recommend the store manager to investigate and address this issue promptly to enhance the overall customer experience. The taste of the food was satisfactory, but the frustration with online ordering needs to be resolved for a more positive experience.“

“Marc was a patient and kind man! My order of the Italian, brownies, Pepsi, and chips were all made by him! He cut the meat which was very fresh. The lettuce, tomatoes, special seasonings, etc. was all very fresh just like his attitude! I was not having a great day, week, or month, but Marc really cheered me up. Thank you! Sometimes a good word is just what people need the most. I truly thank you for uplifting my day through a kind word and good food!“
