“We went to this location in Redmond town center skeptical about eating at a regional chain restaurant. Were we ever surprised! The setting was spacious, clean and pleasant. The staff were hard-working and eager to answer any questions, particularly about making vegan adjustments. In fact, the menu offered suggestions to make entrées vegan. We arrive just before the start of the lunch shift; the place was empty. By the time we left, the place was packed and a line had formed at the order encounter. We were wowed by the avocado quinoa salad with tofu added on as well as the crispy salad with tofu added on. Everything was fresh and delicious. We also tried the vegan oatmeal cookies; even the carnivores in our group enjoyed these.“

A lady was quick and accurate when taking orders.
The Asian staffs were extremely friendly.
The portions are more than before.
There’s definitely a noticeable difference compared to a month ago.

Highly recommended if you’re craving a sandwich!

“Sadly my receipt didn’t come with a survey but I had exceptional service that I’m hoping this gets to the manager or someone that can reward Lourdes for being absolutely amazing. I was tired and confused and she was so patient and understanding. Perfect balance of friendly and processional; somehow managed to work clean while maintaining efficiency. Truly impressed. Yall have a major asset in her. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I will definitely be back.“
