“Beware! Only gives amazing service & creates excellent dishes!! Husband and I had such a laid back and refined experience, even in the late hours of the evening when most servers are not at their peak of energy, our server Jayson was superb. He made top notch drinks for us, equally skilled at their signature beverages (cocktails and virgin mocktails). Highly recommend!“

“(UPDATED REVIEW) I visited here in December 2023. Last time, the food was so good and the servicd was amazing. The prices weren't bad either. Im back again, and the food is still top tier. Really good dining place, the service is immaculate. The prices could be a little cheaper but its okay! Love this place!“

“It is always a challenge for me to eat Asian food of any type, as I cannot eat any soy sauce. We went to this restaurant on Wednesday evening and back again on Friday for lunch. To say they worked with us on my allergy would be an understatement. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had amazing food and a wonderful experience! Tye (sp) took care of us on the first visit. You would be hard pressed to find a better server. Each recommendation given turned out to be wonderful. I just cannot say enough good things about this place. Please go check them out! You will not be disappointed.“

“We love Hong Noodle. A fairly new restaurant in the Eastgate area. We love their ramen! Comes with a bunch off optional add ins. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. No styrofoam for takeout!! Support this business!“

“I ordered a shoyu ramen bowl and added bean sprouts. The flavors were great. I prefer my egg slightly cooked a little longer but other than that the flavors were all great melding together and cooked well. I also ordered the tuna onigiri which was perfect with the chili oil, soy sauce, and radish. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the egg and also most ramen restaurants I've eaten at also offer a baguette type bread for dipping in your broth. The service was excellent and my server was very friendly and great with menu descriptions. The restaurant was comfortable, clean, and up to date.“
