“My wife and I decided to try this place and we're so glad we did! We ordered the Deep Fried Shumai, Honey garlic chicken bowl, and Gyosa. I had never tried Shumai before and they were AMAZING! They were so crunchy on the outside and stuffed with a shrimp mix that was generous, flavorful, and rich. So glad we tried it!
The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and still moist on the inside. I could tell the chicken was much higher quality than you might get at a chain restaurant. The honey garlic sauce was delicious and I've been thinking about it ever since. I wish I had a whole bottle at home. The Gyosa passed my wife's very high standards of Gyosa greatness. What a great meal!
This place is a gem, and cost the same as the inferior chain restaurants. Give them a try, it's a no brainier.“

“We love five guys, only reason I’m doing 4 stars is because in one our orders they forgot our fries imagine how sad we were to have burgers with no fries?? That’s like Wingstop forgetting the ranch??
We had it delivered so there was nothing we could do.

I called the restaurant for our missing fries and the worker said he’d let his manager know and that the manager would call me back. It’s been like probably 2-3 months now and still no call 😆 oh well we still love five guys.“

“Yes, it's a fast food place but it is usually quite clean, the people are ALWAYS friendly, the prices are at least as reasonable as anywhere else and for fast food, it's actually pretty good. We usually get the chicken strips and I have never had a bad one. The burgers are fine too. We also like that they keep onion rings on the menu because sometimes you just don't feel like fries.
We've been there dozens of times and will go back any time we're in the area and looking for a decent fast food meal in a clean and friendly place.“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. I got chicken strips, fries with toast and gravy and everything was fresh and delicious. Not just one thing but even the toast was buttered right. I asked for fresh hot food and they delivered. If they keep serving good food I'll return. The other DQ on queensgate was like eating garbage. IT was stale, cold dry chicken too. I asked for fresh and even when I came in to get it redone they still gave me stale dry greasy old stale fries and chicken and barely gave me any fries. Gravy was cold. The worst. That was queensgate. The DQ on gage bvrd was the best. Everything was hot and fresh and the chicken was meaty and tender. They gave me tons of fries. All hot and fresh gravy too. I'll have to come all the way out there to get decent dq food bc the one on queensgate is terrible.“

“Native of California visiting grandbabies for a while. Stopped in to get some French fries for them and found some of the most amazing people working there! Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality! The food was wonderful everything was cooked to perfection. We had the 5 burger special, 4 piece fish combo and a tub of onion rings. Did I mention the bomb milkshakes?!?! We will be back on each visit from Nana☺️“

“This review is a little late but better late than never.
I have lived in Richland for 10 years now and was happy to find Mod Pizza several years ago.
I am a bit of a pizza snob and have been a fan of Roundtable pizza for my entire life. However, lately they have priced themselves out of the market.
I was super happy to find such a gem of a restaurant with friendly people, amazing ingredients, and a really fair price.
Since then MOD has become my go-to pizza place.
Anyway, I m used to long lead times and so on Halloween I ordered a couple of pizzas early to pick up around 4:00 PM to avoid the rush and prior to the trick or treaters showing up.
I was surprised to see that the place was not as busy as expected and my order was ready ahead of time.
The folks working were so polite and welcoming as usual and I hope this restaurant stays around for a long time.
I have a few things I like to hope are around the places I move to and MOD is definitely one of those!“

“The staff tonight was fantastic. My son had a little mishap in the restraunt and he went to the counter to let them know and they thanked him for his honesty and gave him a cookie! He was also pretty indesicive when choosing his food and the gentleman that helped us let him try a couple samples to narrow it down. All in all, great experience 10/10. We will be back for sure! “A very small but busy McDonald’s. There are very few places to dine in here. Coded bathrooms are a mystery to me here but nonetheless a requirement for them, and they won’t just give you the code - you have to wait for someone to unlock them for you. Also, service inside seems crazy slow but the drive thru is highly efficient and recommended.“

“I lived on subway in my teens. I've mostly sworn the stuff off due to my health but decided to give it a try. Menu is completely different. Stuff is renamed, the staff seems confused like it was never any different (i chalk this up to being 10-15 years older than them). Overall it still tastes the same.“

“So what can I say about BK, I love the food , the service was okay, the workers seem like robots. They just take the order and no small conversation, no smiles nothing. But maybe it was a bad day. I really do not like the soda machine. I don't drink soda only water but it has all the flavors that go through it all the time, the water taste yucky.“
