“At the Ace Hardware location, they have the best service and food couldn't be better. However, at the Kennewick food hub we have waited nearly 30 minutes for an order sometimes, while other customers will place an order, wait roughly 10 minutes, and have their food done and gone before our pager even beeps. So, service can vary at locations which is unfortunate because the food is outstanding.“
