I’m a picky vegetarian with GI issues and several sensitivities which limit my options for fast food (let alone just trying to find quality fast food). I almost never eat out — partly because I’m a picky eater, and partly because most places leave me feeling weighed down or give me stomach aches. But Taco Time has been such a pleasant surprise! The quality of the food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and I actually feel good after eating here.

Even without a mock meat option yet (which I hope they’ll add in the future along with other veggie options), there are still plenty of vegetarian-friendly choices like crisp bean burritos, veggie tacos, bowls, and salads with fresh salsa and guacamole, etc. The portions are decent for the quality and price, and you really taste the difference in the ingredients compared to typical fast food.

The staff here are always friendly and efficient — my order is ready quickly, and they get it right every time. For a quick-service healthy spot, Taco Time really stands out in terms of quality, freshness, and customer care. It’s one of the only fast food places I actually trust.

“Came here on a whim to pick up a burrito bowl that would (hopefully) last 2-3 meals, and i asked for double carne asada. Not only did the lovely employee give me a very reasonable serving the FIRST time, but she was quick and polite as well. i was so impressed by the quality of food for the money i paid. i’ll definitely come back soon!“

“I gobbled the tacos as if it was my last day on earth lol, REALLY delicious food. We work nearby and love getting tacos from here. “El Sabor Del Tio is a hidden Gem. Everytime I want Mexican food, I go to them first. Their food is noticeably authentic and fresh. My dad and I have been going to them for the last 2 or 3 years now, and still can’t find a better place when in other cities. They have the absolute best breakfast chorizo burrito I’ve ever had so I recommend that if you’re feeling breakfast, but anything you order will be amazing. They are the sweetest family, and very hard working people.“

Good flow all through the lunch hour with a group of older fellas that looked like they get together often and have for a while, to work truck after work truck of hungry workers looking for inexpensive and filling lunch. I was told by a reliable source this is a good place to come. And it is.

Parking can be busy along with the intersection but it is worth a trip.“

“First our waitress was to much in a hurry taking our order. Then brings us wrong food. When food arrives we sit and have no utensils. Had to ask a whole different waiter for service. Forgot several items and had to wait longer. The food was not good , I took one taste and ended up going to the bathroom to throw up. Either they had a major change or just was a bad day. “I have only been here two times as I moved to the area right before the government stole the freedom of Americans to move about freely... that being said, this visit - IN PERSON - was excellent! Matt, the bartender answered several questions and made a couple suggestions. I went with one of them (Carnitas and Scratch Margarita) and was pleasantly impressed with both! “One of the best places you can go. The hours change because of it is not getting enough business on 8th they can't afford to have the second truck there.

If you have never stopped by, I can assure you that the quality of the food, the customer service, it's truly the best around. And you get to support a local family operated business. “stopped by early afternoon on a sunday for drinks & apps after paragliding down the road, They didn't have the tequila we requested however the bartender suggested something different which we ended up liking anyhow.
